Water in the shower barley got warm & that’s after I had it runin for ever bfore it even got a tad bit warm n that’s it it’s ridiculous really it’s 65 $ per night on week days and the weekend is 70-75$ per night

Overall good experience staying here. The office staff is super friendly and the rooms are decent. The new office guy is never n the office before 10am, so yall should change your hours for that.. When their is an emergency their isnt any office or maintenance to be found. The residence pretty much have to handle it themselves by calling their own police. But at least you have Nill, otherwise half of us here would be gone

I'm really glad to know that the Chinese people that owned this place have finally sold. YAY!!! Maybe this place will clean up and hopefully the owner are alot nicer!!! Walkability: There are variety of places to eat in walking distance. A few places good places to shop also in walking distance.

I hate this place but as long as u stick to urself ur good I also hate the location because it's Acworth but the price u can't beat an that's pretty much itRooms: 2/5

Place was clean but the price is ridiculous for a low end hotel. There was no shower head, everything in the room was extremely outdated, you could hear every step made above you. The management was rude and non attentive.

I'm already left a couple of reviews of this fine establishment but my Google Rewards app is wanting me to leave another here so I will because I've stayed again it's not much different it's cheap they have upgraded the rooms the rooms are nicer down the front but still rather kill you than be nice. They work absolutely no deals with you I needed a place for a week or even the month but because I had a dog wouldn't work nothing out with me he wouldn't give me $10 off 3 days

This place is ran by a non speaking Chinese guy who is rude and price gouges. There is no phones, roaches galore, and everything is run down. I would never recommend staying here. Please do not waste your money at this motel. It's dirty and a waste of money! You can pay the same price or less for way better rooms somewhere else.

I had to stay at Deerfield inn because I was in the process of moving and my new home had to be painted. I was told that for a weekly stay it was $265.00 a week. Actually $199.00 but with other charges? Would be $265.00. So I rented a room for two night's which was $39.00 a night. But with other charges? Plus $5.00 a night because I have a English bulldog made it $60.00 a night. So after two nights I go to talk with the front desk to see if I could just go ahead and rent for the whole week. I was told that I could rent my room for the 7 days and pay daily rate. So I ask was their any difference in the weekly room than the daily rooms. Was told all rooms are the same, nothing different . So I ask why couldn't I just pay for my room at a weekly rate. They wouldn't tell me why i couldn't do that. Just that I would have to pay daily. Which comes to $420.00 at the daily rate. Weekly rate was $265.00 a difference of$155.00. The only reason I stayed was because it was close to work and there was no other hotels with availability. NEVER, EVER WILL I STAY THERE AGAIN. AND WOULDN'T SUGGEST YOU DO IT EITHER. Stay away from there, unless you want to be taking advantage of. Well thought I was finished with my review of this place until I got a knock on my room door this morning from management telling me that I have to get them$15.00 dollars or leave because a friend came over to visit. I explained that they were not staying with me and was going to leave after a movie. I was told that they had to leave now or he would call the police. And the friend that was visiting was a friend from church and her two young children. So told him to call the police that I haven't done anything wrong. He leaves, comes back 15 minutes later and throws $60.00 dollar at my feet and told me to leave and the police was outside. I couldn't believe this. That place is a mess . never again.

Only one light and one outlet worked the bathtub was dirty.... The first roo. Smelled highly of cat urine and we asked for another one even before we brought everything in and was charged 5 extra and it was 38 a night for a total of 65... One drawer had ashes and baggies with drug residue... Nasty staff nasty owner

This place is dirty, cheap, and they have bugs. DO NOT waste your money because you will see all types of bugs. I seen a huge bug crawling on the ceiling. It smells bad and I would rather stay in my car then on the room. DO NOT COME HERE!!! It's disgusting.
