Description

Family owned since 1958, Dees is a great place to pick up flowers, gardening supplies and vegetables, which include tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, a full selection of herbs and more. At halloween we have a family fall festival on weekends in October with a petting zoo, face painting, and great kids activities. After Halloween, Dees’ transforms from nursery to a Christmas store in the twinkle of Santa’s eye. In addition to a large display of theme-decorated trees, inventory includes ornaments, home decor, holiday plants, three aisles of lighting and trees, wreaths and garlands from its own tree farm in Maine.

I love this place. Great prices, diverse selection of plants both indoor and outdoor, tasteful home decor items, and seasonal items make this a great place to shop to spruce up the home. I did show up to the store 6 minutes before closing one Sunday and was prevented from entering the parking lot even though I knew what I wanted and would have been in and out. For that reason they get one less star because I wasn't able to shop within their advertised hours.
For the perfect plant or flowers, this is the place! Employees are always nice and helpful.
Don't go here. Bad experience. Talk about a Rip Off. They actually charged more than the sticker price. Plus credit card premium. By the time I realized what happened I tried to return. They said all sales are final. I used to want small businesses like this to succeed. But now because of greedy places like this I don't know
It’s a great place if you love Gardening. I’ve been dealing with Dee’s many many years. Their employees are lovely very informative, pleasent and very cordial, the owners are superb. NOTE: To shoppers; remember that negative attitude is contagious. You get it right back.
My husband and I have been customers for several years. We always look forward to shopping there but I had the most awful experience yesterday, and was treated with such complete and utter disrespect I think one of the owners. We are never going back! Plants are beautifully kept but customers are treated horribly. There are many other places with great options and much better customer service.
Recently I was given a 100 .00 $gift certificate from sister . They would not honor the certificate because it was a sale day and they would lose my net . I told them my sister paid full cash for it . They still said no . I spoke to my sister and she verified to me that she spent 100$ for 100$ . I’ve been going there for 30 years . I love the staff but that move forces me to go to other nurseries. If my sister would have handed me the same hundred I could have spent it t regardless of that bogus excuse . I will shop elsewhere and so will my family and friends .I was contacted right away by Joe D . Joe immediately took care of the problem and informed the staff of the correct policy . I went back and everything was perfect . Thank You Joe
Stopped goin years ago Too expensive.. Rude workers..Staff at checkout not friendly You have product outside before you go in And you get chastised for touching it. Need too teach customer relations too all staff! I'll pay the price if my experience is good. People make the difference. And No Joe to late too email you. Lost me for good!!
I stumbled in this place a few weeks ago and have been hooked ever since . The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to plants. I was new to planting and they walked me through the basics , let me know which plants were best for low light and low maintenance . I was able to leave with beautiful plants !
Great place for plants, flowers, soil, mulch, rock, etc, all your gardening and yard needs. Lots of accent accessories and all the tools from small to large. I come here to get everything I need to create my herb garden. They have seed selection, seedlings & young herbs plus vegetables. No matter what level & experience gardening your at they have what you want. Huge parking lot. Wheelchair accessible throughout. People to help you get your heavy items in your vehicle.
Great nursery with cute seasonal decor. When I went during late summer they sell delicious fresh corn.
