So, this dentist office just called me to cancel my appointment with them. After, I've been waiting for 3 weeks to have 3 bad teeth pulled. So, I've been waiting in pain and now  I have to find another dentist and start the process over. Thanks for making my situation worse instead of better. Just because I could not afford the expensive procedure.  Definitely do not recommend anyone that does not have money to go here.

Set an appointment at 10:30 watch 5 people walk in late because they were waiting in the waiting room for them. Just to sit in the waiting room 45 minutes. I didnt get seen till 1120 then to be in the office for 10 minutes. Why didnt you have the people who are late idk maybe wait because i did not show up late? Instead of scheduling an appointment for my broken took they want to prolong it for cleaning then fix it excuse me how many times do i have to pay you for presumably nothing and waisting my time before i actually get something fixed, a joke! I would find any excuse not to go here again.

Exceptionally good staff- very friendly, efficient, and capable.  This was my first visit to a dentist in many, many years and it went quite well.  Everyone there is kind and professional and the process was top-notch from start to finish.

Found this dentist after our last dentist left time. Prices are very reasonable and such a friendly knowledgeable group to work with. I have never had any issues. Also my first appointment they noticed the exact same cavity my previous dentist had diagnosed on my last visit and fixed it at a MUCH more reasonable price

Defiance Dental Group is the epitome of customer service. Hands down, the most genuine service and kindness I’ve ever been shown in my entire life. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. My kids 10 and 5 years old were explained everything that was going on and they’re excited to come back. The financial advisor Jody organized all my appointments and has them synced with my insurance allowances. I believe I don’t have to worry about the bills becoming overwhelming because of their knowledge. Pretty sure after my experience today that this is where angels work. I’m blessed to have found this amazing place and look forward to having them help my family and I.

I have had my dental care in the hands of the Defiance Dental Group since I came to Defiance in 1979.  I have always been treated well and the dental care has been excellent.  In 39 years I have had nothing to complain about.  I would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

I contacted Defiance Dental to get my old dental records as I recently moved, and have a painful abscessed tooth. I sent them the proper form for the release of my records, and they took a week to get back to me. Just prior to charging me $15 to mail out my records, they put me on hold for 5 minutes while they looked for my records, which they couldn't find, and then asked for my number so they could call me back. If you don't have my records, fine, but why this is a week long process I don't understand.

Thanks to this dentist they lost my insurance and didn't even fill it out right then they scheduled me a appointment an didn't get me in on the day I was scheduled an after I did all the paper work they told me to come back or pay for everything out of my pocket for their mess up. I can't even eat because the pain is so bad these guys are a joke I don't recommend anyone to these people.
