Matt and Gabe showed up the same day we called them.  They jumped right in to do the work and were professional every step of the way.  When the job ended up being way more difficult than they had anticipated, they kept us informed as to the changes in cost, offered suggestions that would work better for our needs in our renovation, and stayed until the entire job was done--hours past quitting time!  Matt noticed some dangerous situations that had been created over the years by various workman, and he showed them to me along the way broken breakers, amps that were over the 80% limit, exposed wiring, etc..  Then, he fixed them so that they were up to code and no longer dangerous.  We were so happy, we asked them to come back and do the next phase of our renovation.  Makes living in a small community where pride in a job well done and repeat service still mean something!!

Didn't show up for a predetermined service appointment.   Wouldn't answer their phone when I tried to call them to see where they were.  Received a call from the electric company who set up the appointment and they told me that they received a call to tell them that their technician didn't come to work that day.  I feel that they didn't value my time or my situation.

Very knowledgeable and helpful.
