I went in for a manicure and the customer service was terrible, I drove over 30 minutes and waited 30 mins past the time 11:30 my appointment was scheduled for, just to be told that there was a mistake and the appoint wasn’t scheduled. I asked for my nails to be removed the nail tech starts whispering to her client in my face and starts lying make it seem like it was my fault she scheduled me and her at the same time. She left my nails looking terrible when she removed them terrible experience and customer service.
