DeJa Vu Interiors

As both a buyer and seller of furniture at Deja Vu my experience has been positive. I've found plenty of pieces I like there and the staff has always been professional. In addition to furniture they also have a good selection of art paintings and photos.

We purchased a large quantity of furniture from Deja Vu and we cannot fault the service. The staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. The delivery people were equally polite and kind. After our visit, I suffered from 'buyers' remorse' for one item. I phoned and cancelled that item without any questions and/or problems. I wish all retail experiences were so pleasant.

Deja Vu has always treated me well, and their store only accepts merchandise that is in good condition. You won't find the scratched up dresser or spotted couch here. The store is organized like a furniture store, not a second hand store.

We had Deja Vu Consignment, come over to pick up a fold out couch, though it was not some thing they could reasonably sell/consign, the two gentlemen were able to explain why and were helpful in helping us find other means to dispose of a very usable and like new piece of furniture. Will be calling soon when we next need their outstanding service. My sister-in-law recommended them and they did not disappoint.

Perfect little store for good deals on used furniture. If I was finishing a Air B&B they have a good selection for a good value. I would come back to this place again to see what new stuff they have, come in and see what deals come up. I would recommend this place if you're looking for used furniture.

They're merchandise is mediocre, over priced and really bad service. Buyer beware I approached the owner about selling some of my Ethan allen furniture and let me just say very un-approachable shoots you down in a second Also if you want to buy something make sure to have them test it out, because if you hand them your card check or cash they will continue to ring you up and tell in a rude way "read the signs all purchases final" As they hand you your receipt, which I don't even know why they bother if all purchases are final. They will walk you to the door and send you in your way. I swear that's what happened and I will never go there again!!!!!!

They sold $520 worth of merchandise I consigned with them in June. I was supposed to be paid in July. Called them August 7 and told them I had not received a check. Was told the original check had been issued on July 23 and it must have gotten lost. They said they would reissue a new check. Stopped in on August 21 to ask where was the check only to be told they would not issue it for another month. Trini store employee would not give me the name or number of the owner such that I could talk to them. Simply said sorry that is our policy. Do not use this store. Ethics does not seem to be one of their business practices. There are other consignment shops in Bend, hopefully with better ethics. Can not be any worse.

Leota Evans If there was a zero I would put zero they sold me broken chair no warranty he pushed me out of the store really fast . Made me very frustrated . Threw the receipt at me. I cant even find the receipt.. I paid 400$ for a broken used chair..didn't notice how it was broken till I got it home.... never again will I shop here and I will tell everyone about it...I've lived here 40 years...I am learning that Bend business don't have Bend Values...we have no more local loyal businesses...

What a great place to get good stuff and also a pretty place to put your furniture in consignment. Everybody is friendly and helpful. Got some great buys to fit my needs in new home.

To expensive for a used furniture Store. We left there and went to the lazboy store and bought a recliner new for the same price as they wanted for a used one. We had shopped there for years but they have recently almost doubled their prices.
