A clean nearby station. The art at the station is interesting, it’s right across from the Del Amo in door marketplace, and you can take the A-line to the B-line to Union Station for a day downtown for something like $7 - $9 day pass. Also, in the back of the parking lot there’s a wild passionfruit plant that’s growing, see the photo The orange fruits with the other one open beside that has red seeds. I snagged a couple of pods, as you can tell, so I could grow some passionfruit vines. Very excited about this.
One stop shop for local transit
If you need to get to Yusen just take the Long Beach number 1 going to CSUDH
Big, spacious for parking and dropping off, has a train and bus depot, fairly well maintenanced with much greenery..however...NO restroom! This is inconvenient as riders may need to wait for a period of time for either bus or train. BIG minus two stars in my book. We are human, not robotsyet.., and still have body functions last time I looked.
Not well lit, and not enough benches to sit and wait for the busses
I'm here 5days a week commuting to work. Del Amo Station is clean and safe. The only thing is that the BlueLine needs upgrades.
OMG train is quite a ride

Nothing special about the metro station @ Del Amo, but the Del Amo mall is across the street.
