Del Haven Jewelers has been the jewelry experts since 1973. We pride ourselves in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise, repairs and custom designs. It is our priority that every customer be not only happy but also well informed about their jewelry purchases and repairs. Del Haven Jewelers, the jewelry experts since 1973 is a 2nd generation, family owned and operated, full service jeweler for over 40 years. Our original showroom was opened in Wilmington, Delaware back in 1973 by Francis Pepeta Sr.

Fran Sr. began his career in the jewelry business in 1958 as an apprentice at Jack Coonin and Company. Under Mr. Coonin, Fran Sr. learned the art and skill of jewelry repair, design and manufacture. Through the years many of our area jewelers have apprenticed under Fran Sr. as he once did under Mr. Coonin.

In 1987, Fran Jr. began his career apprenticing under his father and continues to collaborate, side-by-side, today. Fran Jr. attended the Gemological Institute of America in 1997 becoming certified in grading diamonds and has completed the LaserStar training course for jewelry applications.

Rounding out our staff is Jen Brown who has been involved in all aspects of the jewelry business since 1990 and Rita DiSabatino since 2001. We invite you to come and visit our beautiful showroom and full service repair shop. Our experienced staff is eager to serve you and show you our established reputation of service, quality and excellent workmanship.

First time stopping into Del Haven Jewlers & I was greeted with such a warm & friendly welcome from Fran which at the time I didn't even know was the owner. They have such a beautiful selection of unique pieces you won't find anywhere else. The store was bright & made it so easy to shop! I purchased my daughter a beautiful diamond & tourmaline white gold pendant necklace for her 10th birthday. She loved it! Will definitely be returning as a loyal customer.

I could not have asked for a better experience at Del Haven Jewelers. I needed an engagement ring in 2 weeks. They were able to order what I needed an assemble it well within that time frame. Neil was so kind and helpful, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. 10/10 would recommend

Great place and looks even better with the recent renovation. Prices are good and the staff are very nice. Been coming to this store for several years for the gold dipped roses.

I reached out to Fran last minute about an initial charm I wanted for my daughter for graduation gift . Fran was able to get me what I wanted in no time at all . It was absolutely beautiful. Joan was wonderful helping me decide on a chain  for the charm .   Joan was very kind and patient helping me . I love the necklace and charm . The employees are great , and always a great experience. Thank you Fran and Joan for making my experience at Del Haven Jewelers a great experience. I will definitely be back for more purchases. My daughter loved her necklace! Most recently I visited Del Haven Jewelers to reset a few pieces of jewelry. These pieces were more sentimental vs. monetary in value. Neil took my pieces and helped me showcase them in the most beautiful settings. He took time with me and treated my pieces as if they were the most precious of stones. He helped me design two pieces of outstanding jewelry for a fraction of what I had expected! The staff was incredible and I cannot thank them enough for their expertise, patience and end product!

Del Haven Jewelers is a very friendly environment. Sales representative Nicholas was knowledgeable and was very patient with me. He answered all of my questions and allowed me try on the specific jewelry that I had interests in. I am appreciative of the time he afforded me.

This store has quality and unique pieces not just another chain store like the rest.  From the sales associate to the jeweller himself you couldn't ask for more down to earth people . Patient and kind so sweet. When making a large purchase information is key and they make sure you're comfortable with that and go beyond making sure they can get you whatever you're hoping for.
