Del Prado Mobile Home Park

It is a very nice park..streets are wide enuf for 2 cars to pass. Grounds atr well kept.

I did not live here but my parents did and my sister ,after their passing. Not long after they moved in it was not exactly a pleasant experience.. Even in just parking visitor parking can be difficult as there's no street parking due to narrow lanes and emergency vehicle laws...understandable and walking to my parents home ...consistently stopped by the "golf cart" and questioned. Even after getting disabled placard in my car the old managers or a very rude maintenance man would stop me on a regular basis to question it. Idk..maybe they just liked to visit with strangers. I believe that before my sister left those people moved on. . SO...UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT..... it was a wonderful place. nice clean attractive trailer park, pool and rec room for residents, a 2 car car wash stalls, and some very nice residents. They used to offer some wonderful group activities at One time. One thing I always enjoyed about the walk or drive through the park was the smiles and hand waving and the beautiful front yards. If I were absolutely sure the old managers were still gone I'd give Del Prado 5 stars. I'd have loved to live their under new management.

I have lived there for the past 2 years. I love it. The people are so nice and watch out for one another. The park is kept up and is always clean. It's a very safe and happy place.

Looks like a nice park. Not a lot available so that's a good sign. Meet the managers, friendly and helpful. They answered several questions I had. Nice clubhouse and swimming pool. Close to shopping.

Never lived here or nothing but have been here for work after times.. quiet clean park..great for seniors..or a baller on a budget

Nice Mobile home park. Well maintained and quiet.

Mom has lived there 8 years and they take good care of the residents without interfering with their privacy.

My wife's father and aunt both have homes in the park and they really enjoy it

Have friends live there nice park convenient and clean!
