DO NOT LET THEM PARK YOU! Today was the second time I’ve come to this del taco and have been parked and have been left waiting for an hour for my food! And I had ordered ahead with the app, so there was ample time to have my order ready but as soon as I came through I was parked! This time since the lobby had been closed I couldn’t confront them inside like I had the first time so my only option was to cancel since they had obviously forgotten about me and my order! It was JUST THREE ORDERS OF FRIES!!!! Not even a huge order so I don’t understand what could have taken them so long. Just don’t go here! And if you do go through the drive thru, DO NOT LET THEM PARK YOU, cause they will leave you there for hours if they can. And when they do get to you they’ll give you cold food.
The employees and there are way more than seem necessary... But what do I know about secret restaurant stuff...lol. .. they are quiet except with each other. Some go out of there way to avoid talking to you. Language barrier I assume, but totally creepy anyway Kid-friendliness: It's not very ... kids are welcome ...of course... But be prepared for boredom Wheelchair accessibility: It has wheelchair accessible tables and strictly confirms to the ADA required signage and textiles
I've gone through the drive thru twice in two weeks. Both times they were OUT OF SALSA. Unbelievable. Used a lot of gas waiting in line and got the window slammed in my face. What's with running out of salsa. Then the third time I went,I ordered 12 tacos and only got 7 packs of salsa. Stingy.Recommended dishes
So I came back to the worse deltaco in the Coachella valley only to be disappointed once again. I pulled up to the speaker when the rain was shooting into my car I didn't hear anyone for few seconds so rolled up my window before having damage to inside of my new car. I pulled up to the window and they refused to take my order because I didn't order from the speaker the manager absolutely refused no exception! Time after time after time this deltaco always disappoints in some kind of way. Wrong orders, super slow service, poor customer service and food is absolutely horribly prepared. The WORSE deltaco in Coachella valley PERIOD! They always try manipulate that timer at same time offering horrible experiences and absolutely no care for their customers satisfaction IT NEVER CHANGES
The double del was fresh, hot, quality meat bread even stood out as tasty. Loved it. The crispybfish taco was delish. But my cousin was there for the first time, and he said no cheese in his bean and cheese, and no one told or suggested sauces, so he figured he didn't have any. Have to take 1 star from that would be only 1/2 star but no option for it. The soda machine in the lobby was down, but the staff was nice to fill the water cup as needed and refill soda was +107° Lobby eas clean sucks. You have to get buzzed into the bathroom. Don't be in a rush!
I would suggest to have managers or shift leaders be assigned to taking orders and the registers specially on busy days like Tuesdays and Thursdays, having young adults on the registers and taking orders is a recipe for disaster as you get to the window and a mistake is make they have to call the manager to fix the issue. I often get the wrong order and I am asked to wait by the window or drive to one of the parking spaces to get my order.
They take forever . Waited a whole hour in drive through to get food couldn’t even get out because we were stuck in the drive thru area . Ridiculous.. they should be shut down at this point .
Customer service was good nice ladies but the food quality was bad, we had a family night so we ordered a huge amt of food. We wait ofcourse which is fine but asada fries were cold, torta was falling apart tacos tasted like water and the bean burritos were cold as well and hardly no green salsa ... Would not make a big order here at all again
This place has literally gone downhill, the wait for your order is like 30 mins plus which is absolutely ridiculous my tacos had no meat in them literally just lettuce… the girl in the front taking orders kept messing up everyone’s orders and everyone else had to keep picking up after her slack. To top it off they never even have hot sauce for your food. This place is actually ridiculous and embarrassing to say the least
How do they always forget 8/10 items. Don't ever ask "is that everything?" When they hand you the food. Take the extra time to go through your order when they hand it to you because 9 times out of 10 you will be missing more than half your order. Good luck guys it'd be a miracle to get your full order and everything comes coldFood: 1/5
