This is what I got when I ordered 2 sides of green sauce 1/4 full on both and the dell taco 2 tomatoes on each I don't feel I got what I paid for. What's going on at this dell taco. Who's preparing the food. They need to be retrained to prepare the food properly. Not happy at all. It's not the first time either. I brought it to the attention of the drive through manager the last time expecting a change. Please pay attention this is your customer's food and we pay your salary. Thank you.
2nd time coming here won't be coming again 1st time I came I ordered the epic burrito with chicken and guakomali the burrito was full of beans and no meat or anything else whatsoever The shrimp tacos were delicious I will say that so I tried it again the 2nd time I came I got Two Steak tacos and a drink in French fries I looked in my bag and no fries so I asked the lady and she said she didn't charge me for French fries however they came with the meal that I ordered so she grabbed my fries and hands them out the window to me the French fries were cold and soggy and and the tacos were full of lettuce and the meat was really tough won't be coming again
The MANGER on duty was nice and helpful until I caught him using the same BLUE GLOVE THAT HE TAKES MONEY AND PUT THAT SAME BLUE GLOVE TO REACH IN AND SERVE ME MY CHIP'S. I told him you need to change your glove and give me new chip's. I know he didn't like that I CAUGHT him do that. PLEASE CORRECT WHAT YOU ARE DOING!! IT IS WRONG AND UNHEALTHY.
One of the best Del Taco locations I've been to. Excellent service always, clean interior and the gentleman who appears to be an owner is behind the counter working away. At my last visit, the ice cream machine was broken so that same gentleman who seemed to be in charge took over and totally made it right for me. I'll be back here next time I'm in the area.
The best fast food in California!! I Highly recommend this place great customer service, excellent food, and very clean. I think Del Taco is very underrated they deserve way more credit then they get. I wish they would expand more restaurant's across California!!Food: 5/5
Worse tacos I've ever had. They tasted like they were leftover shells from a local high school fund raiser. They were so stale I could fold them. The meat was even dry. I was wondering why I use to like them? Maybe it's just not the same sober. This is the second I've been there in 2 weeks. I wasn't happy either time and ended up throwing over half my food away both times. I will not be returning.
Customer service is terrible. I will never go back to the location of Vacaville again. The person taking the order has the audacity to tell us he’s going to cancel our order and to take our business else with her. This is the person name Mail taking the orders from his headset today. I hope he is fired for is rudeness.Food: 2/5
Fish tacos were good. Tosada look great but no taste. The sauce used for tosada was tasteless. Also beef taco tasted horrible, tossed in trash, tasteless. The dinning room was empty, no customers. The soda machine was shut down. Been to other Del Tacos with overall positive experience. Unfortunately, not so for the Vacaville location on Peabody.
Hot as hell in store. Worker said nobody spoke english in restaurant. Food was horrible. Ordered a spicy chicken burrito and had nothing but beans rice cheese and 2 pieces of chicken. I give them negative 2 starsFood: 1/5
This was an excellent location all our food was very fresh and fast and the staff was very polite and efficient, and patient too! The fish tacos were the freshest tastiest food I've had in a while.
