Quality windows at a great price. They truly stand behind their products. Had some issues at the distributor level and while DEL initially let the distributor attempt to work it out and the distributor didn't do super well, I was happy that their company ownership and management stood behind their products to make it right. Staff seemed friendly and helpful once we were able to make contact. Good Canadian company, I would purchase windows from them again, if anything is an issue give them a chance to solve it.

Had Del windows installed in my home in 2021 and couldn't be happier they have been installed now for about 1 year and so far holding up great really good quality and value for the money.
No Leadership or direction. No Benefits... Oh wait... A company who has been around for 30 plus years just got them....and it's a ridiculous joke of a coverage plan. Indeed job postings sound good but once you are in....you will discover that it's a circus... Seen an employee smoking while operating the forklift. Health and Safety huge issue... Revolving door place until proper management is put in place. Other reviews will indicate the same. But good luck!!!
We had our house sold and needed to replace some windows to meet the conditions of the sale and Del windows were very professional and easy to deal with so when time came to build our new custom home definitely we called them again and we were extremely helpful in customizing and installing all of our windows ,patio doors and custom main entry door. We built a modern house and we were very specific on the style, glass tint and thickness along with on overly large window that had to be wood from inside to be stained and a special window in the shower that had to be water proof from the inside. The team at Del windows were very attentive to our requests and exceeded our expectations !
Buyer Beware!!! I had all the 12 windows/2 doors changed in my house 11 years ago. The contractor supplied DEL windows : . 10 years after installation, all 12 window seals have now broken allowing moisture in between the panes. Now, my windows have frozen crystals in between the panes when the temperature is below freezing. Also, the windows now look like they are constantly dirty. I contacted DEL and they informed me that the warranty for their products sold in 2009 was 10 years. They informed me that they now changed their technology and that the warranty is now 20 years. They went on to ask if I wanted to purchase new windows and pay for the labour to install them. It will be a cold day in hell when I purchase another DEL product!!! I'd advise against this product.
The gentleman Dominic working on our window was very knowledgable with a lot experience very impressed this is my third house using Del window and doors and are very happy with them I would highly recommend them
I bought the windows on June 7th 2018 and I received them on June 27th. Which I was told 3 weeks so that was good. But then one of my windows did not close they crank out. So I called del on the 28th and that's when the horrible customer service kicked in. You have Martina being all rude making it sound like it's not their problem. I have asked her 7 times now for the owner to call me back and it's been a month and a half and still no call. They we have Nancy the books a time to fix my window. The appointment was for August 7th, well that date has come and gone with no phone call to let me know. So when she finally called me today she called me a liar and said I never had an appointment. But now she has me booked for September 13th over a month from now. I have rain water coming in and ruining my floors and drywall. The have used every excuse to me and still no call from the owner...
We purchased our windows from DEL in 2013. My wife and I are very happy with the quality of the windows. We have received numerous compliments and would recommend them to anyone.
