Delacerda Melissa

Do your research and you will see that Melissa is a very accomplished and highly competent woman. So far my experience has been that she is well organized, her office is highly responsive, and they provide the client with a mailed physical copy of every document prepared for and received by the opposing council. Melissa works absurdly long hours, seems to remember everything I tell her, and has a very sharp intellect and awe inspiring knowledge of the law. She was recommended to me as a personal favor by another attorney in the area. He described her as the single most competent and difficult to beat attorney practicing law in the tri-county area. I doubt very much that you will find a better attorney in the Logan and Payne county area than Melissa Delacerda.

Terrible attorney who has poor courtroom decor and abandons her clients. Her office often gets their butts handed to them by pro-se litigants. If there ever is a trial outside of a corrupt district 6, they opposing council wipes the floor with their poor arguments that waste their clients time and money. She often cheats the system and parents by not being truthful or only providing a way of legal abuse for her and Jimmy Oliver's clients. Not good for families nor the legal system. Often, they try to force an adoption of some kind, or to erase a parent which is child abuse. Jimmy Oliver of Delacerda and Oliver is no longer allowed to practice law in Oklahoma. As of 07-19-2022. Their offices were closed for good reason as they were fraudulent in many activities that amounted to fooling the public into believing they were "the best attorney's in the state". If they were "the best attorney's in the state" their caseload wouldn't have dropped drastically since 2017, they wouldn't have had to lie and take a PPE Loan, and their offices would be open to the public. The facts are, they were con's. The have been sued in fed court, and are being sued for wrongful death among other tort claims to include interference with investigations, forced adoptions, to include fraud on court. They did not help the communities they practiced in, they destroyed the trust in court and ruined families. If you used their services then chances are your children need counseling from persons interdependent of the city of Stillwater.

My husband and I had to use Melissa on 2 separate occasions and we were extremely satisfied with the results. She is quick and to the point. She is very intelligent and has a memory like an elephant. She developed a great relationship with our family and she adored our children. She has that hard exterior, but once you break through that you get to truly see the enormous heart she has and the passion she puts into her work. God blessed me with children and trusted me as a parent to do my part in protecting them.
