I chose Deland Collision because my insurance company had vetted them already. My Ram 1500 had been hit from the rear in a parking lot and pushed into a low hedge. We had both rear bumper and lower front spoiler damage. Our truck looked like new again after the repair! They even did a detail on it! I would recommend them to anyone.Services: Painting

Had some cosmetic issues with my Fusion that I turned into insurance. Geico Claims rep advised me that Deland Collision Center was a Geico approved repair facility and would give me amazing customer service and do a great job with the car. I paid Thursday 3/4/2021 morning with my credit card by phone so I could pick the car up after hours. I arrive at 7:36 pm and started my car. The great thing about these newer cars is the computer tells us everything about when check engine lights or in my case air bag lights come on. When leaving the parking lot I noticed that the air bag light was on. I took a photo and emailed it to the owner Laura Wilson who never called me back. I then called the body shop multiple times only to be told that they needed to contact the insurance adjuster. I called him and spoke with him about the issue and he stated that Geico would only cover it if it were part of the initial concern. I called back and spoke with the company again and they finally transferred me to Laura. I’ll spare you the back and forth dialogue with her but she cussed me out then made a comment that was extremely unprofessional. She stated “I don’t know who the F@ck you are or and who the f@ck raised you but you won’t talk to me that way, I will not repair anything “. I did state that I would dispute the charges and contact an attorney to get this resolved if need be. So far the vehicle is not safe to drive due to the air bag concern that it has now which it did not have before. The vehicle health data report shows the airbag system malfunction occurred at 1:46 pm which is the time she stated that detailing gave my car back to her. The wires in the photos below are under my drivers side seat and the rear seat for the seat buckle connectors. The additional damage was found by a Ford dealership who diagnosed the concern and quoted out over $1,000 cost in parts. They still need to be replaced and as of this review Laura and Deland Collision Center has refused to accept ownership of this issue that they have caused. I have been fighting with Geico insurance as well trying to get this resolved and get my car back in the condition I would expect. I have more photos as well as video proof of the times that the air bag light was triggered and the car was in possession of Deland Collision Center during that time frame. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who values their vehicle.

When my car was in an accident I had it towed to DeLand Collision in good hopes they would do business as normal. Not the case! I found the estimate to be overpriced and after research I asked to get my car to bring elsewhere the owner stated the details were included and I signed for a 55/day storage This was during the holidays and I followed up with the front desk receptionist to only have my estimate delayed each day The document was not even signed by myself! I never agreed to the grand total for the estimate to just give me the price of what it would cost to fix was $4300.00 she states she would speak to her accounting department and take the total down but if I did not pay $2000.00 she would put a lien on my vehicle. Shady place ! I paid the 2000 but you can guarantee the BBB have been informed today about the document fraud they have pulled on this customer with industry experience. Please do not trust this place if you are a cash customer

I had repairs needed from my car being hit. Everyone was friendly and informative. I also could not go long with out my car, it was completed in a timely manner and very happy with the work! My truck looks good as new and the best part of the process was that it was stress free!

We had our Lincoln Navigator repaired and painted at Deland Collison Center. It's challenging to find great customer service these days. I was very impressed and appreciative of how the repairs were handled. This Accident was a stressful event for our family. The staff at Deland Collision Center arranged for our rental car, kept us informed of the repairs process and handled everything with our insurance company. Our vehicle looks new again.Service: Painting
