The distinctive title of a CELA evidences an expansive knowledge of Elder Law. The title is earned through a multi-faceted process. First, recommendations from other Elder Law attorneys across the nation must be provided to the National Elder Law Foundation, nominating a particular attorney. The attorney must be committed to the practice of Elder Law and have appreciable experience handling a large number of cases over a significant period of time. Once this is established, the attorney must successfully pass a comprehensive certification exam to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Elder Law.

Making things easier for you, our services extend across two offices. Our downtown Chicago office is located directly east of the Daley Center in the newly renovated Garland Building located at 111 N. Wabash Avenue, Suite 1205.
