Good mid/ medium sized park. It was nice. It seems ok. The water fountain water isn't very cold. Everyone seems nice and respectful. My twins had fun even though there was a lot of older kids. My first time there.Playground: YesPublic restrooms: YesPicnic tables: YesBarbecue grills: No
This park is wack I didn't see one black person there not a diverse park
I love this park I used to come here when I was a kid and now my kids love coming here for sports they offer lots of sports year round and activities for everyone my oldest came to headstart and its great love the teacher Mrs Maria Sport Coaches r great with the kids and very helpful they also offer SNL which is a great free program for the kids during the summer they do a great job keeping the kids busy food, activities, games, music, raffles
Girls volleyball is great here. The coaches are interested in teaching the game, and are patient.
There is no shade during the middle of the day.
Delano park is such a friendly area if you live around it. It has families enjoying their time their and they have kids playing on the park's playground. The only problem i have is that they focus more on money then pleasing their "neighbors"
They finally started opening up the restrooms at their appropriate time 5:00am. My husband and I noticed this one morning when we were going for a jog and their bathrooms weren't open. That was probably about a month ago. Now, they open them up at the appropriate time. Which is the least of what they should do, honestly. But at least that was taken care of. If you are a morning person, this park isn't for you. Unless all you want or need to do is use the restroom.
Family time and Friends
Daughter is going to the preschool there and she is loving the program so far. It's also not a bad price per week$40.
This park it's small but the restrooms are very clean also they have a different programs to do with the youth and children's it is a really nice park to visit.
