The Delaware River and Bay Authority or DRBA is a bi-state government agency of the U.S. states of New Jersey and Delaware established by interstate compact in 1962.The authority operates the Delaware Memorial twin suspension bridges, the Cape May-Lewes Ferry between Cape May, New Jersey and Lewes, Delaware, the Forts Ferry Crossing and the Salem County Business Center.The authority operates several aviation facilities in both New Jersey and Delaware, including Wilmington Airport, Cape May Airport, Millville Airport, Delaware Airpark and the Civil Air Terminal at Dover AFB. The Wilmington Airport is the largest air facility operated by the DRBA.

I was traveling with my sister on Sept 21 on art.?295_95 south last exit before toll and we had a blow out from piece of metal in lane. We made it to shoulder very scary. Called for help which took a while. Delaware River highway patrol came patrolman Donald Cramer arrived. He was the most sensitive calming man to us. He even took out all luggage was in trunk, pulled outJack and spare donut to prepare for the roadside service . Because we waiting and pretty upset he even changed the tire and escorted us to town to a Tire store . Cannot thank this patrolman enough for what he did making rest of our trip more pleasurable.

This is a war on the way there, then in destination. The area is very clean and well maintained, but since I went through EZ Pass and it's automated I can't blame any person for the traffic hold up. For some reason the EZ Pass lanes were much slower than the cash and people attended Lanes I'm sure it's not always like this. Looks like I'll have to travel this way again just to make sure!

This is more of a rating for the ladies working in the EZ Pass customer service desks. Every time I have needed to go in and take care of an issue with my EZ Pass account whether it be adding or removing a vehicle, checking the status of my frequent traveler or whatever they have always been a pleasure to work with to get the issue taken care of as they have always had an answer to my questions without having to go to someone else to find out what needed to be done. My only complaint is that they moved the office to a different building a few years ago, one that you need to drive further through a parking lot just to take care of your business you went there for.

My rating is for the construction on the other side of the toll and how they funnel all the traffic coming through the tolls onto the other side. The 3 times I have gone through traveling to Virginia, all different days of the week and times of day, I have been stuck waiting to get through the toll, then waiting on the other side to make it through the blocked lanes for 40 minutes to an hour.

Delaware River and Bay Authority police department is the most uneducated Police Department in the state of Delaware! It is truly a shame when other departments talk down on the Delaware River and Bay Authority because of how pathetic they truly are!  I just want to give a pure example of how crooked our criminal justice system is including this department.  So I am running for office here in the state of Delaware, and Mike Roney opponent has done everything she could and still trying to create Injustice!  My opponent has gone to two of my meet and greet locations harassing alarming and annoying the business owners.  Not to mention she put signs on the property when she was asked not to buy the property owner.  The property owner took the side down the first time, I took the sign down the second time after she was asked repeatedly by the property owner not to put her signs on there property.  The log makes it very clear, that if you put something on someone else's property, that property becomes your property and is no longer your property  She put a sign where it was unwelcome by the property owner which then made that piece of property the property of the business owner.  At the end of the day the business owner should have been the one that called the police but the business owner wanted nothing to do with the incident except that the sign be removed.  I now have a active unnecessary warrant for criminal mischief.  Mind you this criminal offense is literally as low as a traffic ticket on the totem pole of criminal activity in Delaware  Discharge should have never been filed against me by my opponent, it should have been filed by the property owners in which they refuse to be involved.  You wonder why crime rates are so high? It's because of agencies like this that play the fiddle on little small cases like this and not go after big crime. There was no crime committed here and this is a complete farce!  Delaware River and Bay Authority and the Justice of the Peace Court number 11 should be ashamed of themselves  putting such a case forward with no merit it is a waste of taxpayers money and a waste of the Court's time you are a disgrace

Hello! I have lived near this ferry my whole life. It’s a great trip, when the seas are not rough. Bring your pet! Bathrooms are good. Snacks and beverages. Take pics! Live music outside when applicable Beautifully air conditioned gift/info center and off board bathrooms. Stairs and escalators take you to the 2nd flr to board. Now go have fun! That’s a captain’s orders

What was up with that traffic jam this past Saturday? The EZ Pass lanes are supposed to be the desired lanes. Maybe you need to put out some strategically placed cones to teach people how to merge after paying the toll.

Reviewing the toll plaza after Del Mem Br, it is always an atrocious funnel of merging. It would honestly work better if there were just 4 lanes open to match the bridge to avoid all the merging again after the toll

They do a very good job of maintaining the roadway and the bridge but it seems they misschedule repair or maintenance work for the worst times on occasion. Also the toll lanes get incredibly congested at times.

Great bridge and ezpass but it seems they enjoy shutting a bridge lane down every Friday.
