The DSP Troop 4 Explorers is a hands-on law enforcement training program open to young men and women who have completed the 7th grade through 20 years old.
Our mission is to educate our student youths on the daily duties of a law enforcement officer. We provide them the knowledge, skills, and opportunities to achieve a career in law enforcement. They represent the Delaware State Police as they serving our community in a variety of community events.
