Go elsewhere, have been trying since July to set up an account with DVFlora. The office has failed to contact me back on several occasions and still hadn't had my account set up today Oct. 17th. When I called again today, I was told I needed to talk to accounts receivable over terms. I never said I wanted terms and all payments would be cash on delivery. Go somewhere that actually wants your business.
Their 2nd shift Operations team/personnel especially their leadership! are absolutely stellar! Best flower distributor this side of the Mississippi River!!! Facts!
We have been with DV for 2 generations of owners and we will continue to be customers into the next generations. Helen is the absolute best sales rep hands down and our drivers are always great.
Not sure about your company but one of your drivers was very aggressive and hostile on the Jersey turnpike on November 17th around 11:30 pm.... flashing brights, tail gating, and even honked once. This lasted about a minute or so. We were driving slightly over the speed limit and moving safely with traffic in the middle lane of a 3 lane road. Your driver could have passed on the left but there was traffic in the right lane. When they finally decided to speed around us after shining their brights into our car for several seconds, they then decided to cut us off very closely. TTM 970 was the plate number... maybe teach your drivers a bit about road rage. We have two young children in our car.
One of your trucks, plate number TTM-960, just about ran us off of the road while on southbound I-95 in NC, near mile marker 100. He was going about 80 in a construction zone with a posted speed limit of 55, swerving in and out of traffic. I suggest you check his electronic logs. I have photos of his plate and DOT number if needed. I will be reporting this to the NC State Highway Patrol as well.
They've turned into the worst wholesaler ever! Obviously their warehouse staff has no clue what they're doing. Every order I've placed in the past 2 mos. has either been missing product or the wrong product. Oh, & when you try to call based on their hours posted online hmmm...no. Think again! Save yourself the trouble & move on.
Great customer service. ...Mike C is the best! Drivers are always courteous. Great products and if there is any problem they take care of it right away. Reliable. Great website.
I was working there very briefly in the botanical department. And i was not a great experience .... They would play LOUD MUSIC all day long and the floor supervisor where do i start with that..... She'd be yelling the whole shift and trying to embarrass the workers. Walking around with this intimidating way about herself. Yelling telling the workers to mover faster at one point . She was in a conversation with a young man from another department .. And felt the need to say to him, I had to jump in and start to help because they moving too slow ..... And me being a new worker i wasn't sure how to take that... She'd say come on ya'll have to move faster.... before the next print comes... I'm moving as fast as humanly possible... And after coming back from our 30min lunch break there's co-workers still eating while there's carts sitting there to be done. Their standing around laughing and playing around while others are working.. I asked to be put in another department and that didn't happen.... So one night the floor supervisor asked... who want to go home early. I said i'll go home.. And she in turned said... You can't wait to get away from me I'm not understanding why or where that came from... Needless to say i'm no longer there... Just couldn't take being pick on EVERYDAY..... She was telling me to dnt forget to be into work at the start time and don't be late... I'm a fully grow women who dn't need to be told when or what time to be at work.... They have a high turn over and a few people have left when i was there..... Just wasn't a good experience for me.....
I have been working with DV for 30 years and it is a delight. My sales person is kind - considerate and knowledgeable.
