If I could give this place zero I would but unfortunately Google doesn't let me. I had came 12 :30pm but made me wait till 3 00pm. How can a person wait that long do they expect us to wait, acting like we don't have children work school etc.. they want praise for a good job but in actuality they shouldn't deserve any. They do a horrible time management.

I love doctor peña , really good but when you call . Always they let you wait for 30 MN. And I have to hangup the phone . Not just one time . This is happening most of the time. Front desk one start . Doctor peña 10 start .

Dr. Pena is amazing at her job, but I’m giving one star due to them consistently overbooking. Every time I come in here I wait a minimum of two hours to be placed in a room, despite making an appointment. There’s barely any chairs in the waiting room since COVID, and on top of that, I have to wait an additional 30 mins before someone actually comes in to see me after finally being called to the back.

I hate this place they take forever to get you a seat DO NOT RECOMMEND I’d rather get cleaned by a dog this place is not good unless you have all the time in the world this place is worthless do not come if your in a hurry or at all

My friend uses this dentist, she waits up to two hours to be seen. She travelled from far with her daughter, and was a few minutes late so she called the dentist to let them know but nobody answered. Upon arriving 7 min late, she was told her daughter can’t be seen because she was too late. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, I tried calling the office to rectify this situation so that she can make another appointment without the anxiety of being turned away, but I was put on an endless hold until I finally lost patience and hung up. To the staff members reading this: If you care so much about honoring time, allow your clients to be seen after being a few minutes late if you make them wait 2 hours to be seen anyway

I’m a college student who had an emergency abs had broken a tooth while in school at another state. Called Dr Peña and they gave me an appointment for 7:00am the next day. I must say I’ve never met a Dr so compassionate and desperate to help the needs of other like Dr.Pena. Due to my complicated schedule because of school Dr.Pena treated me everyday back to back for the entire week, she stayed after her closing hours, and most importantly explained everything to me. Her staff was also very nice on assisting me with all the phone calls we had to make to my insurance and other doctors. Though sometimes wait times can be long it’s truly worth it. She’s very educated, clean and uses the newest technology. This is the only dentist that I have visited where I’m pain free during procedures. Not to mention I had lost a brace the day before I was heading back to school and they were able to replace it instantly. Keep up the great work!

This office is receiving a 1 due their poor office staff. The dentist are great in the fact you feel no pain and make you comfortable once you are in the chair. The front office staff are dismissive, unorganized, and rude. I am currently attending graduate school out of state and made my appointments to accommodate travel and time. After one of my visits, I was told I had to come back in TWO WEEKS because I had temps in my mouth and the crown would be ready. The night before 6pmmy 2 week appt., in which I traveled from Maryland they call to tell me I need to reschedule, my appointment was at 10am. Then to fix this issue they took me anyway to start my fill in process because after 2 weeks they still did not have the crown. Two days later while back in Maryland the temporary on the left came out while brushing my teeth. Upset, I called the office where the office manager I originally spoke to was not in and i then spoke the the assistant office manager, who was rude and dismissive said she would get back to me. Still waiting for the phone call, the crown, and the appointment. We’re going on 3 weeks for a 2 week temporary fix. This is the lack of unprofessionalism displayed by the front desk and their management. Its also obvious due to the other complaints shown. They need patient and customer training ASAP!!!!

I just had the most wonderful dental experience. The staff is a perfect representation of the doctor in charge. They are efficient, professional & pleasant. My visits were a few months & l left there very pleased. Dr. Pena is the Best. Thank you for a job 'Well Done!' B.Monroe

No reason on making an appointment if you have to wait an hour+ anyways I’ve been here 3 times and I’ve had to wait for an hour every time

Dr. Delba Pena and her team are welcoming and professional. They cared for my elderly mother quickly and efficiently. There was no waiting; my mother checked in, and they brought her in right away. My mother had three teeth removed and implants put in. We were not only impressed with the outcome and great work but how quickly it was finished. My mother walked out of the office smiling with confidence and could not stop talking about Dr. Delba Pena's caring and pleasant personality. I highly recommend Dr. Delba Pena.
