Dell Lake Village MHP

I visited the Sherburns for the third time in two years. This community is so unique and fun. There are activities almost every night at the clubhouse; which contains a billards table and book exchange. The pool is beautiful and very clean. There is shuffle board, bowling leagues, karaoke, bingo, cards, billards, marbles, crafts and the ever popular fish races! Someone is always planning day trips for anyone who wants to attend. In recent years they have added a fire pit with a covered picnic area nearby and speed bumps to slow down the traffic making it safer for residents walking. This is a very pet friendly community - i will add some pictures of the Halloween Pet Parade! The managers Martin and Cathy do an excellent job of providing open communication to all. They take pride in their role and it shows! So many nice and friendly people live here and i can't wait to visit again!

We liked it so much that we have put a down payment on a home, here. Peaceful, quiet, the folks we've met so far are very nice. Cathy, the manager, is very nice, helpful, friendly. Can't wait to be able to use the pool to exercise my legs.

We moved in here two months, and we have been enjoying the "peaceful enjoyment" we found here. Great neighbors, and the managers are, too.

I know the place is very safe because a Cop lives In the park . DunnDee not Like lake Wales nothing but Drugs in lakewales the cops Are not out after dark here.

55+ Mobile Home Community. Very nicely kept and laid out. Has a clubhouse and pool. Nice, quiet and tranquil partially surrounded by an orange Grove and a lake.

This community is absolutely amazing ! I would say this community holds to very high standards and it shows just driving around looking at the homes. They are all in top condition with magnificent landscaping and well groomed lawns....

This is a nice 55 and up Community with one of the prettiest pools around! Great location. This park includes boat and RV rental in the lot rent.
