Delray Mobile Home Park

I absolutely love this place its like going back in time everyone is so nice and its a gated community here the manager very caring all around nice guy couldnt have found a better place you can fix your yard up the way you want fancy or not all up to you. Very quite at night and safe

It would be cool if they had some type of on-site laundry and maybe better parking arrangements but it's quiet and cleaning up and gated and I feel pretty safe so that's good. Over all not bad. And the manager is a nice guy. Very good little community

The park manager, Mike, is incredibly nice and a pleasure to talk to. The park itself is clean and quiet, I'm very happy to be here! It's 55 and over. No bratty kids sneaking in your yard and being naughty. Great place :

This park is quiet and secure. If you’re low income and can buy one of there mobile homes or get a space to move your home in then you’ll have a good place to call home

It's not bad bad, but not great

Yes its run down. Actually its called older. Most won't allow an Rv or motor home, to come into their parks, unless it is only 10 years or younger. That's cruel. Especially when they keep it up to still look nice. I have a 1987 nice but I'm not allowed to live in nice. So we people who are on permanentl disability and widows have no choice.We are still equily human with a heart that hurts when you dis use like that you are no better on God eyes then us poor folks are. Your may have allot of money for what you want. Can't stand the sight of it. Then be a good Samaritan and help it look better. But please don't hurt our fellow humans heart by being mean. Gotta love the negative reviews, only because people dont like the rules and cant get away with things, been here 5 yrs and dont have a issue with things, the owner is trying to upgrade the park to make it a safe and secure place for the tenants but appreantly people dont like change, My opion is Get over it.

Good place to park it we're right behind the fire station not much noise and nice people hear

I just moved here last month and I feel so safe here the manager and everyone is so friendly and respecful

I never had any problem with management and liked it there a great deal I'm going back there permanently! Asap!
