High rating because they have helped to make our traveling easier. My husband has mobility issues and for the most part travel has been smooth. Did have to get wheelchair assistance at Atlanta Delta but our connecting flight was delayed just enough to may things workout! Thank you, Delta!!
Horrible customer service! Even though we flew into Tel Aviv, they sent our baggage to Heathrow, England. We could not get any help over the phone! Zero customer service! They couldn’t care less!! Sorry that we have to fly Delta back to the States- we are platinum Sky Miles members and still received no assistance! What happened to Delta- it used to be such a great airline!!! Very very disappointing! I had no clothes for a wedding other than my Uggs and travel clothes!!!!
Check-in was a cinch. The lines were very short. At the gate, Delta provided fresh oranges and drinks for people waiting to board. I would love to see the Delta lounge open to people with priority pass lounges but sadly that was not the case. My experience at fort Lauderdale Delta was way Superior to that of JFK Delta
So I noticed this on the corner of the seat in front of me. It's either just dirt or mold spores. I reported it to the captains and the flight attendant, but no one seemed concerned. As a matter of fact, I had to walk back down to the plane cause I forgot my hand fan in my seat. Of course, the flight attendant had to get it for me. However, I noticed the captains leave as well. True fact, you can not enter the plane once you leave it. Here's the pic.
Who doesn’t love a nice airport mid week in the evening. Despite a bit of south Florida traffic getting there, a few squalls and construction, the security line was a breeze. Their new machines allow you to keep your laptops on the bag making for a quick process. Terminal 2 only has a few gates so you don’t have far to walk. The seats are nice and staff very helpful. Enjoy the skis.
First class on Delta is well worth the extra charge, especially if u are traveling with an older person! Everyone was very attentive. Each airport is a little different however. Not all airports will treat you the same. Flying into Detroit Metro and no one was there to help with a wheelchair. Took 20 more minutes to get off the plane. Staff was friendly just not available
We had a great experience with the gate agent Dyana, We're a big family with baybeis and Delta wasn't able to give us seats all together, and as we got to the gate we asked her and it was a overloaded flight and she put in the afford to make it work. Thanks again Dyana!!
June 27/2023 /5 PM Delta Air Lines canceled FLL-LGA flight DL2497 today, after the flight was cancelled, I made a second round trip of 124 miles, but the most difficult part for me was contacting the third customer service lady from left from India. She wears a gray suit uniform with numerous Delta-related brooches pinned to her chest. I asked this lady to help my mom find the earliest ticket to New York. If there is no ticket on the 27th, please arrange a ticket to New York at noon on the 28th. At this time, she only noticed the white passenger couple and two little girls on my right. , I don't care about my itinerary at all, maybe she doesn't know what she's talking about, she told me, Miami to JFK needs to transfer twice, arrive at 7:30 pm, I said it's too late, she said what time do you want, I said what time flight do you have?She said I didn't have. you can go to JetBlue! I said ok, can you transfer the money to JetBlue? Then she didn't reply me! During our conversation she was very unprofessional and impatient, Ma'am I saw your face and eyes when I called in front of you, are you racist? Are you acting on behalf of Delta Air Lines? I am a highly educated person, otherwise I would greet you and your whole family warmly in front of you and other passengers! I didn't do anything wrong, Delta screwed up all my mom's travel plans, your customer service didn't apologize, I don't blame you, too many passengers with busy schedules I understand you, I also have to accept that this lady is racist Or, her disgusting attitude is unbearable for anyone!
This airline 2 hours before the departure time for my fly to Paris when I was trying to drop the checked bag with the online checking done 24 hours in advance…. A representative told me that I couldn’t fly because the ticket was refunded to the person who purchased it for me …. because the card used wasn’t under my name … this ticket was been paid 3 weeks before the travel date …. and it was a gift… I can’t understand why 3 weeks in advance when the ticket was purchased they didn’t point out that… even when I did the check-in online and I paid for a seat with extra space …. They didn’t sent any alert about that , they actually gave me the boarding pass with no problem and when I arrived to the airport they just told me the notice …. I ended up paying the trip at the last minute , 2225 dollars ticket , and I just did it because I was exited with this trip and I had friends waiting for me … but if I didn’t have the money at that time I would have had to return home with all the illusions destroyed … after that moment I don’t trust and I don’t recommend this airline…. plus My trip from Fort Lauderdale to Paris was no longer fun…. for the feeling that I almost ran out of travel because of this airline … Imagine if this happens to you or someone you are trying to surprise….
Very bad experience , flight for cancelled and to add insult to injuries my luggage didn’t come on the same plane had to wait another hour
