The service here is very wonderful, the masssage chairs are perfect for the sore back. Best Groupon ever!! And if you leave a 5 star review they give you a free design on your nail

If there was a no star..... this salon would get it. As a guy I felt rushed and she put two people before me and I had an appointment. She works alone no staff also she doesn't have some of the same practices other salons do. I felt she just wanted business not customers. My manicure is simple but how do you make my nails and cuticles look worse. I would definitely not recommend this shop. Your better off doing your own damn nails. Not to mention if you are a groupon buyer there is a sign up to encourage you to tip her almost a demand not a good look. I won't be going back, I'll pay full price somewhere else instead.

I'm not sure what led the other customers to have a bad experience this nail salon. I originally went to the salon with a Groupon and had no issue. I have since returned several times. I live in Chambersburg but when I'm in the area I make appointments to go to the salon. She always does a great job, is very friendly, and has reasonable pricing. Also every time I call there is always a special riding.

Used a Groupon as a Mother's Day gift for my mom about 2 years ago. My mom, sister and I have been going back ever since for birthdays or Mother's Day for manis and pedis. We love her service! She is very nice and does a great job. The atmosphere is relaxing and we just love this little hole in the wall.

First time here treating daughter with Groupon coupon appointments. Very calming, soothing mani pedi. Nice, clean shop and people. Recommend the sugar scub and moisturizer massage. Very relaxing. Will gladly return.

This is a small nail salon that it owned and operated by one person. The prices are very high compared to other nail places. What got me the most is that in several places there were notes on how much you should tip. I find that rather tacky and a little inappropriate. I have had better manicures other places but on a good note the owner was nice and the place was clean.

Have tried on multiple occasions to book a Mani/Pedi appointment only to be told she's already booked each time I've called. Complete nightmare, and not worth the money I spent on the Groupon. At this point I doubt I will ever get to use it before it expires. Don't waste your money or time on this place!

Paid $25 extra for gel nail polish on my fingers and it’s all already chipping off. Definitely not recommend. Contacted the salon and they said no refunds and they won’t fix it unless it’s same day. Do not go and waste your money here....it’ll chip off a week later. Will try to add picture of nails

Maggie is just amazing ! Her focus is completely on satisfying you and exactly what you want. She makes you feel like at home likr family I will with out a doubt will be coming back. Thank you Maggie Wonderful experience

Absolutely a nightmare to deal with. Owner is uncooperative and unavailable. Every time I would call to make an appointment, she was booked. I had a Groupon that was expiring soon in 2 days and according to Groupon, as long as I book an appointment before the expiration date, I am able to use the Groupon in whole. The owner REFUSED and hung up on me! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I got a refund.
