I’m so glad I found this place. They are attentive to your needs and they are present; they are not preoccupied with the other patients there. I drive about 30 min to their office passing by many dental offices. You won’t regret coming here. I will recommend them to everyone!!
We've been going to this dentist for many years, since their previous location opened. We've never had any problems. The dentists are great, the staff are wonderful and it's easy to get an appointment.
I went to Mackay Demille Dental To get a Bad Tooth Taken care of , little Did I know most of my Teeth were to far Gone To Save. I was faced with the option To Get Dentures, Being in my sixty's I Decided to Make the choice to get Upper and lower Dentures along with implants. Dr Chris Demille And His entire staff were Kind ,considerate, and professional from start to finish . They Put together a treatment plan and financial plan to meet my specific needs. I Now Have a Terrific smile and can still eat most all my favorite Dishes !! Every need ,concern, and expectation was met to my satisfaction through the whole procedure . Most of all I feel like I have a new family Thanks Dr Chris , Doris, Rachel, Natasha,and Alexa as well as the rest of the staff for a great life changing Experiance !! I have no regrets and all my expectations were met. If your looking for a Good Dentist With a great staff , look no further Than Mackay Demille Dental !! you will Smile all The way Home.
I had a relatively good experience here. Until getting the quote for services for me and a family member with a needle phobia. Nitrous is a medical necessity for that reason. It costs $131. That is more than $100 more than any other dentist in SLC. They also require payment up front for anesthesia, a charge insurance WILL cover but have to wait for reimbursement. I feel very taken advantage of. Adding onto this instead of creating another review. I changed this from 3 stars to 1. My husband and I showed up for our appointments to get our fillings replaced. We had to sign some scary form consenting for anesthesia and all the risks. Something we've never had to do before but that's fine. We were taken back, I was given anesthetic first. Dentist said he would numb my husband up and be right back. Well he wasn't. He did my husband start to finish and took so long doing it, I had to be numbed again. Dental assistant checked on me several times and left. Finally she came and said the dentist was walking down the hall now, he'll be right in. Well he wasn't another 10 mins go by so I went to the restroom. Dental assistant came by and I asked why they were numbing my husband for 45 mins, that's not normal. She said "oh we're already halfway done with him" I reminded her he said he was just going to numb and be back. She said no. Well yes he did, thanks for basically calling me a liar. All while the thoughts of that scary form in my head if what could go wrong, they put me at risk twice. When the dentist finally did return, he said "I bet you thought we forgot about you", well obviously.... he said he knew I'd be fine because I was watching Netflix and I couldn't leave without my husband anyway. That's not the point, you put me through hell with your outrageous costs and numbing twice. This google review was brought up and asked what they could do to change it. I said, 4 separate charges totaling $131 just for nitrous is outrageous. Especially if you're only given a disposable mask not able to be reused. He then proceeded to accuse my former dentist of compensating for the loss he took on nitrous by charging more for other things. You shouldn't accuse other dentists of dirty business. It doesn't reflect well on your character. He did a good job, just was very manipulative. Going to get your teeth worked on should not bring on as much drama as you'll get here.
I’ve been going to this dental office for years. The facility is nice and new and always comfortable. All the staff are friendly and really take care of you!
I had Invisalign done here to straighten my teeth and correct a bite problem. I am far beyond the teenage years. Dr. Chris DeMille was always so kind and supportive. I had a resistant tooth and he wouldn’t give up on me. He said, “We will get it right “.

DeMille MacKay Dental office is the best. Kind, friendly staff. They all seem to love their jobs. Clean and comfortable office from the front office to the treatment rooms. Check them out. I think you'll love them, too!
Dentist is good at what he does. HOWEVER, they totally overcharge. Many things are not covered by insurance, you will cover out of pocket. Some they are up front about, i.e filling material. Others, you don’t see until the bill arrives for the fancy xray and other upcharges so check your bill! You WILL pay a SIGNIFICANT amount over what you would pay at another establishment. When we called to inquire what all the upcharges were beyond the filling material we agreed on, they kept explaining they use “high quality” this and “better material” that. Also, front desk doesn’t really know what they’re talking about and very often schedules in wrong time slots that you have to return a different day to have the work done. If you have billing questions, chat with the woman in the back office because she really knows and was able to give me the details of why my bill was so high after insurance paid 80%
