It's a very nice store and very rarely do they not have wat u are looking for. The services they provides to you is good. Its a family ran store & they all are nice people's.
This place does not work with DoorDash anymore and hasn't for the past 6 months. Ask me how I know- well I placed and order today well over $40 only to go pick it up and the order was never going to be fulfilled. I received zero communication about this. Not cool! Merchant needs to delete themselves off of the platform and this platform needs to improvise a better system so that orders as placed effectively & efficiently.
The staff are always kind. My family frequent Dairy Mart all the time. All of us only have good things to say.
Changed ownership not too long ago.When the customer service is great...people tend to go out the way to shop there . I love it they all the hard to find limited addition snacks and they treat their customers very good.
I only get black & milds from here and maybe a pop the mom and pop and their son's are very friendly they seem like good people I only buy milds from this place nowhere else but I'm salty they price went up from $5 to $5.75 I didn't like that but I'll still go back

Always friendly. I don't know what the person rating this store one star really had a problem with, you can't use a credit card at any corner store in Cleveland under $10 without an extra charge. Yes it should be illegal but when every store does it how can you rate this one star for it? Five stars all day
First time going today. The store was clean for the most part. Aside from the smell of cigarettes it was a good experience. Both men that worked their were very friendly and polite.
I had my brother go here for me a few days ago for large cheese fries and they charged my card 10 DOLLARS when its 4 DOLLARS. Then 2 days ago I sent him again for 2 polish boys with just mustard and they charged 14!!! You guys scam the hell out people and overcharge. Do not recommended
As soon as the cashier found out I was using a credit card he upcharged my card. In my opinion your better off going somewhere else that doesn't try to rip their customers off.
