I’ve used Dennington Decor for many years now. Customer service is top notch. Anytime I’ve had an issue usually light burned out they’ve come out within 24 hrs to replace. I have found their prices to be reasonable and their staff to be personable and dependable. Highly recommend.
Avoid Dennington Decor this season. They are having multiple issues with the quality and integrity of their installers. We had two consecutive no-call and no-show appointments to install holiday lights on our home. The installers for the first appointment were fired because they reported the work on our house was complete, and had we not called, we would have been billed for work that never happened. When we did call, we learned this was happening with many other homes and appointments.
I decided to go with Dennington Decor based on quality of their work. All of the pictures matched exactly what I was looking for. They were very friendly and professional. They had my job ready and on a truck within hours. Fast response time.
The service with these decorators has been amazing. This was our family’s first time hiring professionals to help us hang lights so I wasn’t quite sure where I wanted to put lights. Steve K. helped me design a plan that I fell in love with and Elton came out and hung them perfectly. These 2 alone will be the reason I hire them for all my lighting projects going forward! Additionally, the team is responsive and quick to get things going. I reached out for a quote on Monday and had lights up by Friday I’m sure it would have been faster if I could make up my mind on the color lights I wanted! And the price is much better than any other company I reached out to! I could not be happier that I hired these guys to help with this!
Happy with the Christmas light installation at our house. Talked to the guy who came to install the lights and told him about our concerns since we just got new roof and gutters. He listened and was very careful throughout the process. Sandy, at the office, was easy to talk to. I’ve requested for it to be installed before Thanksgiving and so they did. This was our second year to have Christmas lights installed by Dennington Decor and we’ll not hesitate to use them again.
Dennington has decorated my house for the past 3 years. I always get compliments about how beautiful yet tasteful they are. Their workers are efficient & I have never lost a light to a windstorm. Their pricing is reasonable too. I will be back again next year.
We have used Dennington Decor for the past 3 years. They do an outstanding job. The crews that install the lights are always quick and never leave a mess. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to have beautiful holiday lights but don't want the hassle of doing it yourself.
Dennington Decor has been my go to for residential holiday lighting. My experience with them has been exceptional customer service throughout the process. Every year they send reminders before holiday season, work with you according to your budget, provide a timely installation, burned out light replacements and timely takedown. I don't have to worry about storage because Dennington stores the wreaths, lighting, etc. till the next year. I highly recommend Steven and his staff at Dennington Decor for a beautiful holiday lighting experience!
Dennington Decor did a great job on our lights! The crew arrived in the expected timeframe, and they were professional & quick. The lights look great and they were able to accommodate my request on where I wanted the lights to be plugged in. Great experience and my kids are so excited to have lights up. I was very pleased with the kind reception I received when I called early November. I told them that we had had installation of lights 2-3 yrs. ago. I told them what I wanted, details, etc., and I was impressed that they still had our record on file. They were very courteous and polite as we discussed specifics and recommendations compared to what we had had previously. The pricing was VERY reasonable especially since it had been 2 years since they had been out to our home. Lights and decorations were installed, and they did not miss one detail! From beginning to finish, it was truly a professionally done job with no problems at all. We had one bulb burn out; I called, and it was replaced immediately! They have our business as we are definitely loyal customers of theirs! I highly recommend Dennington Decor to anyone needing these services! Thanks for a job well done!
