Dennis Insurance is not a brokerage that looks out for their clients. You do not get personalized care or service. Update...I sent Dennis Insurance notice that I would not be renewing my policy with Heritage Insurance because of the price of the quote 62% higher than other companies. No effort was made by Dennis to shop for another policy. In fact, they never notified Heritage of my non-renewal and allowed Heritage to take money from my escrow account. I am now out of pocket for the cost of my new policy until Dennis Insurance fixes this. Dennis Insurance is not a brokerage that looks out for its clients. You do not get personalized care or service.
