Dr Klien and his experience staff,  in addition to performing the task at hand , educate the patient on what they are going to do, and how the patient may improve their own performance with better dental care at home. When there is an emergency Dr Klien fits you into his schedule and gives you the time you need , I’m very  satisfied with Dr Klien and his staff.

Dr. Klein and his staff are great. I get my cleanings and procedures here and they’ve always been fast, informative, and pain free. He put on some music for me which was a nice touch.

If I could give Quality Family Dental 10 stars, I definitely would. From Lori at the front desk, so pleasant to the staff to Dr. Klein I had the best experience ever and I have been to several dentist, none as warm and engaging as Dr. Klein and his staff.  The whole staff including Dr. Klein are genuinely concerned about all of your dental needs. They definitely gave me my smile back and all in 1 day. I recommend Quality Family Dental especially if you’re afraid of needles, you won’t even feel it. This is the best dentist by far. Dr. Klein and his staff should give bedside manner classes to other dentist, because they could definitely learn something from Quality Family Dental.

Dr Klein and his staff are wonderful and extremely professional.  What most impressed me is that every patient is important and they remember each one of us although we only see them once or twice a year!  They make an effort to make you comfortable.

Excellent service and thorough care. Dr Klein is very personable and knowledgeable. Had Kathleen as my hygienist and she was awesome, extremely thorough and explained my issues so I could understand them. Gave good instructions on how to correct my problems, and made sure follow up visits were made in a timely fashion.  They go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible.  Highly recommend them.

I'm a new patient. Dr. Klein and Olga, dental hygienist, far exceeded my expectations. They were both professional, friendly, verbose in a good way with their explanations, and respectful. Everything one could ask from a dental service and more! Most importantly, they respected my time. I'll be a lifetime customer!

We had such an awesome experience with Quality Family Dentistry. Everyone in the practice starting from front desk , hygienist and dr. Klein are very professional and pleasant peoples. We had a great experience from booking an appointment, having work done at the office, insurance question,  basic consultation for myself and kids any other related questions was answered with great knowledge and smile . As a new patient at the office ,  I was really impressed and relaxed with the environment!   Love how they have these huge television sets with relaxing scenery of wildlife and exotic places !  Really made me  feel at ease!   In addition ,   Not only exceptional customer service but also stellar service when it came to doing my dental    procedures!  Very impressed !!!!

This is a great family dentist! I wanted to check them out after my coworker said great things about them. I’m also only a few steps away as they are practically neighbors with our business “Got Ductless”. The convenience of being next door sealed the deal. In terms of general cleaning, the hygienists were great both times and Laurie in the front office is very kind and helpful. Laurie always kindly reschedules if need be and is also very helpful in the financing/insurance aspect. They went way above and beyond in actually working out a plan of care that makes sense for me. Dr Eric is a great dentist and really makes this practice worth going to. His demeanor and respect towards his patients translates through to all the other employees which makes the whole experience of getting your teeth worked on a breeze. This office checks off ALL of the boxes in terms of friendliness, financial help, professionalism, etc.

Very kind and friendly staff.  I haven’t always had a great experience with dentists so I am hesitant when I need to find a new one.  I am new to the area and chose this office because of the reviews and I’m glad I did. Dr. Klein is very knowledgeable and I appreciate how thorough yet timely they are.  I would definitely recommend.
