Everytime I order to go meals for my family there's an issue. Missing food inaccurate orders, crepes that look and feel like a burnt quesadilla. AND regardless if I speak to the manger or call the corporate office nothing is every made right. This time they had run out of several items I ordered and I was told since I ordered online they couldn't refund my money. Corporate took my info and said the general manager would contact me and NOTHING! This used to be a staple for late night or Don't wanna cook nights. Clearly they don't want to cook either nor are they interested in repeat customers or keeping a positive on the Denny's brand. It's very disappointing to be treated so poorly and have your money blatantly taken. My pics are of what was supposed to be 2 orders of Mac n cheese you can see one is full the other has a spoon full and the omelet was so saturated in grease the dog wouldn't touch it. Another $80 donation to Denny's!
Outstanding!!! Excellent customer service thank you Evan and Deann!!! Our food was hot, delicious, and perfect!!! The most beautiful and clean Denny's we've ate at!!! Hands down the BEST Denny's!!! We definitely recommend stopping at this location!!!Food: 5/5
We went to get takeout on my birthday and order a berry vanilla crepe, an omelet, and an all American slam. When we got the food we drove home and opened our food and the crepe was all messy and the all American dish wasn't even what we ordered. We called dennys and complained to see what they could do for us and they hung up on us. Horrible customer service. BEFOREHAND we had to call them 5 times for them to even answer. When we got there is wasnt even busy.We paid $63 for our meals just to be trashed. Over paid meals, horrible service, and would not reccomend.
Food was okay, but not like it used to be. $40 for 2 breakfast orders that were only 2 eggs and toast and 2 eggs, 2 small sausage links and toast and 1 soda. All to-go. Waited sort of a long time at the entrance before I saw anyone at all. Server was nice, but could tell she didn't want to be there and was not impressed with my tip. $5 for a take out order. However my boyfriend was in the car sick and couldn't keep much food down, and we were on our way to the ER and it was the only place open to get hot food that wasn't fast food. Had to order at the restaurant because despite letting it ring several times, no one would answer the phone.
Judy & Sandra are the best waitresses ever, I’d like to refer to them as the queens of Dennys. They always come quick to the table & make me and my friends feel welcome. i never have an empty glass of lemonade they both are always on top of the game.Food: 5/5
The manager is horrible! This is our second time being in the restaurant sitting down, and the way he talks to people is horrendous! The manager who never had a name tag on so I can identify him as the African American manager talks down to every employee. The industry is hard enough, and to have a manager constantly speak down to you while trying to remain positive and keep your job is preposterous! I'm glad Brandon is there in training. Hopefully, he can take over and allow the works to focus on work and not a stressful pace to be

Went there last night after 1 am. Food was horrible. Moons over my hammy. And the breakfast burger sucked. Waitress took order and left. Dropped order off never came back to the table. Didn't even ask how food was. Was not a good experience at all. Was only a few people inside. No excuse for horrible food and service. Literally waited at register for 5 minutes to pay our bill. Won't be back !!
I ordered my food on the app and when I went into the restaurant to get it the waitress had no idea what I was talking. I'm not sure if she was new or did not understand the order system from the app to the restaurant but it was a pain. I had also paid for it online and had an email and the app show and she still tried to charge me again. The food was mediocre and nothing like what it was presented on the menu. I felt like I paid three times the price for what was shown in the box. I was tired and was not in the mood to have to try to deal with someone who seemed like they did not really care as to the service or the food presented. I just wanted something to eat and coffee and I got slop instead. What a way to welcome someone to Sarasota.
This establishment right here has become my life line, I'm that Guy that can't cook nothing and no I don't wanna learn to prepare nothing past oatmeal; I'm like Norm on Cheer's..... I'm there almost every night because I depend on them like we're family!!! Not to forget about their staff, it's some Gorgeous Hotties up in there.... And that makes it fun! Parking: Always welcome parking spots!!
