This place needs to b shut down & need the health department to come in place. How you serve some food knowing there’s a bug in it. The lady who was the counter was outside fixing her bike & came back inside once I pulled up in my car & never washed her hands. Then when I came inside after her she touching up my bag with that same dirty hand. But know I feel sick after eat most of my meal.I try call the restaurant & I keep getting busy signal. I should have followed my NY instinct once a place is not popping like no customer it’s not busy then something is wrong with that place. Not to be passing judgment on nobody & times is hard & we all need a job but the lady who was in the establishment look Terry from the smoke commercial but homeless & dirty. But I had already paid online & didn’t know if I could have requested a refund. Places like these make you want to stop eating out. I’m literally throwing up as I speak. Don’t eat here people I mean you don’t have eyes to see there was bug in the butter & you claim to prepare my order.Also my food did smell funny & my pancakes tasted like arm pits. Never again
We went there for lunch and of course we had a special waiter the regional manager Diana. She noticed that we weren’t being served and made our day. The lady is exceptional. Her presence was very welcoming and she made sure that we were satisfied. She deserves the title and was very professional. Her attitude was very friendly and sweet. I came in after a long shift. Tee was incredibly welcoming and just my luck served me as well. He was very professional and polite. Although, it was busy he kept checking in on me. And at that moment I felt like a guest vices a customer and I appreciated that so much since I too, work in the service industry. My food came out fast and was extremely delicious. This definitely turned my night around and you can beat your luck I’ll be back!
WALKED INTO A PACKED RESTAURANT AND WANTED TO LEAVE BUT I WAS ASSURED BY THE POLITE STAFF THAT THEY WAS MOVING THINGS ALONG FAST….. THE SERVERS T & MARCO ARE BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL AND SHOWED THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF CARE FOR THE PATRONS… MARCO EVEN WENT IN THE BACK TO ASSIST THE 1 CHEF COOKING FOR A PACKED HOUSE… THE MANAGER ALSO CAME FORWARD AND WAS IN THE KITCHEN HELPING AND FRONT OF THE HOUSE….
Staff is nice. But when it gets busy there no obvious detail to where customers should stand to pay, get a table or get an order pick up. Also, paid 0.99 cents extra to get strawberries on my French toast for nothing.
Our server Victor was amazing, checked on us several times threw our visit at Dennys. I got what he recommended and it was great. Great server, great attitude, very positive person, laughing with customers. Victor definitely needs a raise if he is up for one!!!!Food: 5/5
The server Marco was so pleasant. He stated he has been working with Dennys for over 10+ years, and yet he remains so friendly with a heart melting smile. The food was so much, but tasty. The atmosphere was not too noisy.Food: 5/5
Our waitress Elizabeth was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Our food came in a timely fashion and was good as we ate it all. My minor complaints are that they were out of the pancake puppies that my grandson wanted and out of the ranch dressing we both wanted for our fries and that the other male server on the floor was overheard not being knowledgeable about the menu items and my order. I ordered the meaty melt and he was being loud at the counter and asking if Elizabeth if she knew that the sandwich had eggs on it which is incorrect, he was mixing it up with the brisket sandwich that does have eggs. I am not a fan of eggs on a sandwich and would have never ordered that sandwich if it had eggs. I had to double check with Elizabeth and she confirmed that it did not have eggs and that he was incorrect. I do have one suggestion and that would be that when tables are wiped down that the condiment containers also get wiped down. I would hope that this should apply to all restaurants but unfortunately it doesn't. It is unpleasant to pick up the salt and pepper shakers and have them be sticky. I only posted this review because of Elizabeth, she was doing a great job and seems to take pride in her service and in our opinion deserves a raise. Good luck in life Elizabeth, we appreciated you!!
The food was good actually but the server was the most rude person I've encountered. He try to take the order as soon as we arrived and then several times when we were not ready. When we were finally deciding he took the menus away immediately and also when we were finishing our meal he took our plates away and pour all my zero Coke on the table on purpose.
My server Tee was very pleasant and the breakfast was on point. The staff overall is very friendly. The food comes out pretty fast. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean. I live near by so I'm glad I can enjoy the experience at this Dennys. Keep it up!
