What happened to this place, food is now poor, seems like I wasted my money. The server was nice and courteous.Food: 1/5
Well. I order my food. And I ask for a glasé of water. And I waited for it to come to my table. And neither the water came or the food came. So 45 minutes past and then the waitress came and said to me. " I am so sorry I forgot to order your food " and I am like REALLY!!!! So I just had to leave, it was so humiliated that all the people where staring at me for what had happened. One thing for sure I am not going back to that place.
Great customer service! Most of the time the restaurant is clean. Although I wasn’t so flattered with a glass they served us water in.
We went here today. My mother had test done at hospital so we decided on Dennys because we had to go back to kaiser in 3 hours. We came from Palmdale. The 1st thing is the second we walked in noticed the smell of sewage we should have walked out right then it was an awful smell an they say they were replacing a pipe in the restroom. I had them seat us far from the restroom. Lady comes takes our drink order. Mom wanted ice tea and was told they no longer serve this. We ask for 2 diet cokes she left came back and said they have no diet coke. My mom is diabetic so I got her a water bottle from car. We ordered our food and my mom said please pit a rush on the pancakes because she needed to eat asap the lady said I won't ask the cook to rush anything for you or anybody. We get our food and the bisquits and gravy mom ordered were ice cold like they came out of a fridge. They rewarded them for her but she still didn't like them so did not eat them. We ask for to go containers and my mom ask if she had a smaller one and she said if I had a smaller one I would've brought it to you. Very Rude poor service and trying to eat with the smell of poop was awful. Please close this place until you fix pipes and hire and train new people. Worse Dennys experiance ever.
The server was really nice but the she was the sole server and cashier and she had 4 tables to serve and was still doing online and to-go orders and same shame on management for making a nice girl work so hardFood: 5/5
I'm going to hurt myself .? Bourbon burger and green smoothie. This is the best Denny's in the Valley hands down!! Service, Cleanliness and EXCELLENCE FOOD!! I come all the way from Sylmar to this one because their service but most of all their CHEF
The food was delicious. We had a small issue with my daughter's hamburger other than that food was good, its really hot in the restaurant. Service was decent. They took a minute to sit us then to take our order.
Not like any Denny’s I’ve ever been to in my live. It’s called Denny’s and sells their food but, it’s run as “a version” of Denny’s not authentic. Don’t go here if you’ve never been. You’ll feel disrespected. Only time I’ve been to dennys and asked to get up out of my seat in my life.
Friendly service from the server. I follow a vegan diet and I opted for the veggie for fare skillet with no eggs. The server kindly swapped the eggs for toast at no extra cost and was always on hand for coffee refills. The meal itself was delicious and the hash browns were lovely. The only downside was the lack of WiFi which as tourists, is always really handy to have due to having no phone signal.
Service was fast and efficient. From order to delivery, fastest I've had at Denny's.Food: 5/5
