It's my theory that everyone has a "Denny's period" of their lives...I've had several and whereas I feel past the point where I'd go here on a regular basis, every now and then, why not. So me and the fam headed here for a quick and easy breakfast and the experience was, indeed, "okay." The coffee was "okay." My favorite part about this was the phrase "It's Fry-O'clock Somewhere" printed on the mug. I mean if the coffee's going to be just okay, might as well give me something entertaining to read on the mug. The food was slightly less then okay, but only slightly. I had an omelet with swiss cheese and spinach, along with hashbrowns and an English muffin. The egg whites were a little overcooked and the swiss was not quite melted/cooked enough. The hashbrowns were definitely undercooked. My kid had a Beyond Burger and fries. They got it right and if you're a food-delivery app person and see "Burger Den" as an option...that comes from your local Denny's under this brand. My wife ordered eggs with tomatoes and spinach...it looked a little better than my eggs and she was smart enough to order her hashbrowns "crispy" so they also were, at the very least, cooked enough. Also, on the plus side they had a gluten-free english muffin option for here at no up-charge. That's pretty rare, so thanks Denny's for that! They took a long time to bring us our food too. When we were seated the restaurant was packed, and by the time they finally brought the food, it was mostly empty. I think the egg whites may have thrown them off. Not the end of the world, but an acknowledgement from our server would have been nice. Look, it's Denny's. I've had many good experiences in Denny's during high school and college with my friends. I'm never going to write them off...They do an okay job serving basic diner foods at all the possible hours. They're there for you. Denny's. Parking: Limited but onsite parking lot. Dietary restrictions: Lots for vegetarians and gluten free bread options without uncharging.
Bunnie, the lady who took my to go order was quick and friendly and I got my food in about ten minutes. Got the diner patty melt with fries. Everything was fresh and hot. The patty melt was juicy and the fries were hot crispy and scrumptious!
Food was fine. I had red potatoes and a scrambled egg. Some of my potatoes were actually cold. I really like the seasoning they use. Husband had zesty nachos and he was a little disappointed because they weren't spicy at all but they did still have flavor. The service from Roberto was excellent. The kitchen did not keep us waiting long either. The restaurant was clean and I really like that.
I took my partner here to get lunch before a family dinner. We were sat immediately, but the food took an hour to come to the table. The waitress came over twice to tell us it should only be a couple more minutes so we waited it out under false pretenses. While we were waiting for the food to come out I ran out of coffee and water and could not find my waitress to get a refill. When we ordered, my partners salad was offered as an included side by the waitress, but was charged as a side salad he wasn't with me when I paid so I paid an inappropriate fee.
The worst service we’ve ever had! It took 45 minutes to get 2 orders of kid’s menu pancakes. Meanwhile, we watched the servers and kitchen staff laugh and joke around while we waited unnecessarily for our order to be completed. We also received cold entrees that had to be sent back to the kitchen. When we asked to speak to a manager, the servers lied and said that the manager was not in the store and was not available. Once we explained that we were not going to pay for the kid’s food, the manager magically appeared but with a dismissive attitude. We do not appreciate the rude and poor service. We will never return nor recommend.
Service was okay, the restaurant is starting to show wear. The air conditioner was dripping on me throughout dinner and the servers response was "oh yeah, it does that sometimes" the food was okay for fast casual and came out correctly. I will go again for late night food only.
Stopped before the sun was up and overall the food was quick, tastey and service was good. Women's restrooms could use some maintenance and new locks on all the stall doors. Not really a good presentation especially since we were on a long trip. Additionally sanitizer dispensers were out throughout the restaurant.
My friends and I go to this Dennys a lot; Anywhere from 12am - 3am. Service can be slow at these hours because there is usually only one cook and one server, but we don’t mind because we love our server Bonnie. She is always hardworking and a “no baloney” kinda gal.
The worst customer service….never coming back…. Waiter never came to sit my family down .,,we had to sit ourselves down …we had to ask for menus ,..we ask for a drink right away and No straws for our drinks…we ordered 2 simple meals and the waiter only brought one meal and our other meal, waiter forgot to punch it in the system and we had to wait another half an hour while we had finished our food…she never ask if we needed refills or hot spices!!! nothing not even napkins….so we asked for take out …we got there at 11:15am and left at 12:30am no discount..,not even a sorry…bad customer service….no one there is a team…We even ask the older man for help and he ignored us without helping his co workers he never asked if we needed anything…knowing that we needed help…all I saw the older man fooling around with this older women…we had to pay for bad customer service…
Hey despite of the Cove it and the seating arrangements in the way you have to order.... Had a really great experience ordered the salmon with whole grain brown rice medley with broccoli fantastic!! Had them cook the salmon well done and put the garlic and herbs on both side of it the broccoli with steam perfectly. The wait staff the cashier was really nice really great attitude the food was amazing patio dining open all night
