A couple of years ago, I bought an off brand chainsaw online. It worked well enough until it came time to replace the chain. I stopped at two places closer to my home and found out twice that 1. it had on odd number of links, and 2. they couldn't help me. So I ended up at Denny's and he had his helper take a link out of a longer chain, at no extra charge. I bought 2. Just tried out one and it worked fine. I don't understand these 1 star reviews, except that I got the impression that he doesn't suffer fools gladly. I can relate to that. I'll also be back.

Terrible customer service. My husband needed a new air filter and the numbers were not quite visible and Denny said "I don't want to go in the back to look for one" and just refused to be helpful. We've bought saws there and taken our saws in there for repair and yes they know what they're doing, if you don't mind paying for Extremely Rude service. One star is one star to many for this place.

Very friendly Fair prices I dropped my mower off for repair and it was done the next day. Highly recommend

I brought my Homelite chainsaw in for service. I made the error of leaving without my claim stub. Four days later I returned to check on the status. They have no record of my saw. I feel they took advantage of my error. Now my chainsaw has disappeared! They were very uncooperative with a 'too-bad' attitude. Now I have a lost/stolen saw!....I just finished reading other reviews... apparently I'm not the first one to have their saws stolen!!!! A 1 star rating is too high for that shop!

5 star chainsaw service 1 star customer service. I felt very negative vibes and the worker who was supposed to explain how the saw works to me, never looked at me while talking and then ended the one sided conversation abruptly by turning on his heel and walking away. if you don't mind being talked down to, they do superb work for a great price. The best in the business and I've been around.

Horrible customer service! Stay away at all costs! Denny,the owner,has a terrible attitude and acts like he doesn’t want any customers. I lost my claim ticket and he said he’s keeping my saw! He said he keeps half of the items when they lose claim tickets. Called me an expletive and hung up the phone. Worst customer service I’ve experienced! He should not be in business or sell!! AVOID or it might cost you your saw/equipment!

Excellent Service and Great Products. I am a regular customer at the shop and always receive great service. Unbeatable prices. Reading the other reviews... stop whining, don't go there expecting hugs & feel good conversations. Remember it's a professional Saw Shop.

I had my starter rope tear in half on my saw, when I went in to purchase a new rope and handle he ended up showing me how to install the rope myself. When I asked him what I owed him for the rope he told me I didn’t owe him a thing and to have a nice day. I see some negative reviews on here about Denny’s Saw Crib, but I have to say I felt like my experience reflected how a business should actually care for a customer.
