I've been getting dental work here for the past year, and I have always been treated professionally and with respect. The work of all their staff has always been first class, and my teeth are better for it!
I'm horribly afraid of having dental work. The staff was friendly and fast. I didn't feel a thing and I have alot of work to be done in the future. I'm not so scared now. So far, the teeth worked on look GREAT!!!
I had an appointment for 2:00pm and was a new patient, so I showed up 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. The office was locked for their lunch break and I heard voices of people laughing and hanging out inside, but I had to wait outside for 15 minutes until exactly 2pm to enter and start the paperwork. They unlocked the door and awkwardly opened it a crack, but didn't welcome me in. I eventually saw the dentist for what I clearly scheduled as an exam AND a cleaning. He told me that most dentists do both in one visit, but they don't do that here. You have to schedule a separate appointment for a cleaning. That would have been nice to know a month ago when I scheduled the "exam and cleaning" appointment. Now they are booked out for another month, which I'll be out of the country, so I guess I'll have to go another few months without a teeth cleaning. These people were unprofessional. The office was uncomfortable and shabby. I felt weird giving them my personal information. Would never recommend for a friend.
I went in today, Wednesday, June 24, 2020 for a cap and possibly root canal, Dr. would advise me once he got in there thru his drilling. Him and his dental assistant were such a good professional team. I am so pleased with Dental Aid and I don't require a root canal!
I've had two visits to this office so far. Both times, I was very satisfied with my service and treatment. My dental work to this point with Dental Aid has been excellent Xray, assesment, cleaning and filling. From the front desk to the dentist, I have been very satisfied so, I'm giving 5 stars.
I went into the office in Longmont for an emergency appointment, I had an abscess on a broken tooth. After painful poking and prodding I was told "your tooth doesn't hurt, its your jaw, stop drinking caffeine" so I did, and I was given a round of antibiotics to deal with the infection which was apparently caused by my morning cup of coffee and about a week later the pain was gone. For about 3 days... They scheduled my follow up appointment for more than a month out on my broken tooth, after deciding I should get another opinion, I was scheduled an emergency root canal at another dentist. I was told by the new Dr. "I can't believe you have been living like this for so long, it definitely is your tooth that is bothering you." As it turns out, I had 2 dead nerves, and 2 exposed live nerves in my tooth. Either Dr Franz is unqualified, or he doesn't care about his patients. He was condescending and he was wrong. I will never go back to this office, and i would strongly advise people seek dental help elsewhere.
I contacted this company by phone and asked them if they can estimate their dental work based on Xrays I will send to them via email. They agreed and I submitted pictures. I stressed that I would like to have the result as soon as possible due to tooth pain. Nobody hasn't answered. Total ignorance.
Today 8/23/2016 I went to their offices on 1715 Princess Dr in Longmont, CO to have a frontal root canal performed. Their work was exemplary and they made me feel very comfortable. I felt almost NO pain my back ached lol They are very professional and attentive. I still have some reconstruction work to do in the near future and for the first time in my life I can honestly say, I look forward to going to the dentist. :
Another one of Longmont’s many Fascist Dr’s, After Casey Kochevar DDS 1446 Hover St. Longmont 80501 injected acid into my already receding gums Dr. Wayne Frantz used a steel probing tool to push up on my gums to accelerate the recessing & when I told him to stop he said, “I’m just testing the sensitivity” he could’ve asked before he used max pressure! He did nothing to help me & insisted I see the other dentist that works here for a cleaning session. To those that don’t see the “Malice” a competent dentist is taught you recommend the patient use a ultimate “Soft” tooth brush. In other words a cleaning to damaged gums would make the gums further shrink! Use good judgment trusting this guy they use Hispanic secretaries to disguise their bigotry but, their well trained & will aid these racists to harm whom ever they choose.
