Highly recommend Dental Associate Group! As a long-term patient, their exceptional staff, including the lady at the front desk, ensures swift check-ins and minimal wait times. My skilled and gentle hygienist, not only performs excellently but also eases my anxiety through her pleasant demeanor. For top-tier dentistry, Dental Associate Group is my recommendation!
With dental anxiety, I've avoided visits, but this office was a great experience. The receptionists, hygienist, and Dr. Daviddov were all friendly and soothing. Dr. Daviddov's kindness and understanding was refreshing, especially compared to my previous office. Thank you, Dental Associate Group, for changing my outlook on dentist visits!
Hands down the best dental practice I’ve been to! I’ve avoided going to a dentist for years over my past experiences where i’d leave in pain only having to repeatedly go back to fix the work done. Dr. Davidov was professional and did a great job, I experienced no pain during or after my appointment. He answered all the questions I had and took his time making sure everything was set. The staff was great as well, very friendly!
This dental practice is truly amazing! I have had such terrible experiences with dentists in the past, with incorrect dental work, billing problems, and more. But this place is completely different; they have done incredible work for me root canal, crown, and fillings. The staff are gentle, attentive, and kind, and Dr. Ilyas, who helped me on my last visit, was amazing. He even took the time to sand down a crown to make my teeth look straight. They also work really well with my insurance.
I really love the staff at this office. I had a lot of questions about my insurance and coverage and they knew the answer to all of my inquiries and had me at my first appointment that same day. All in one visit I was able to have an x-ray done on a tooth that was causing me pain and have it extracted. Dr. Gibbs was awesome and very gentle. I was concerned about pain but was sent home with some very mild pain medication and was absolutely fine by that night. Overall a very positive experience in a friendly environment.
I am new to town and was looking for my new dental office close to my home. Jessica at the front desk as well as the hygienist and my new favorite dentist Dr Ilyas did a wonderful job. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Ilyas was very pragmatic and very honest. He didn’t try to add on any services that I didn’t need. I was very much welcomed and felt at home. Will return in the future.
Can't review a place that doesn't want my business but... I made a 2 week out appointment that fits my work schedule. The day before I received a call from this office asking to re-schedule because their "servers were down" or something. I re-arranged my day and the following week's schedule to accommodate them. Today I showed up to my appointment - the door was locked and lights off, the phone rings and goes to a voicemail which is full. Either they went out of business quickly or decided they don't want any. Thanks for nothing.
The office staff at Dental Associate Group is very accommodating and flexible working even when the schedules are tight. We have two girls 7 and 9 and every team member treats them nicely and takes the necessary time to tell us more about the process and equipment and make the procedure fun and less scary. The entire staff is great and they really make you feel comfortable while you are there.
I always been afraid to go the dentist, Durning my life I met some uncaring bad Dentist experience, who didnt have patience and make you feel uncomfortable. I am 62 years old and came up on this Dentist Associate group by surfing the web I was having a bad toothache and decided to go with this group. Very clean office, very polite, they have very good Patience skill, even there staff. Made me feel comfortable and secured,. I recommended them to my family and friends.
I’m not sure what kind of shady practice this is but I will never go here again. Upon leaving a regular cleaning, the hygienist told me I had several cavities. This sounded absurd considering my restrictive diet and regular brushing and flossing. I asked him to show me where. Typically when I’ve had any cavity the hygienist would show me where and recommend how to better care for those areas of the mouth. He told me to see the receptionist and he’ll show me. He never showed me. I went to TWO other dentists and after getting X-rays they found NO caveties. And after reading these reviews, apparently I’m not the only person they did this to. How many other people has your practice done this to?
