I love cleanings here with Gabby! If I travel so far to come for these150 miles on way I’m pretty sure I like it. She’s worth the miles and I’ve had many different clinics, they always take my panic away. Worth the drive. I may live far from the office now, but I’m not going anywhere else.
I was misinformed back in April that I need to call back in July in order to schedule an appointment for my son in August so when I recently called to make an appointment, I was shocked to know that there were no openings until December. Pamela at dental associates was so kind and sensitive to my situation, that She put me on a waiting list for a Saturday appointment and she followed up with me at 7 o’clock that Saturday to let me know that a cancellation had come through and that if I was able to go in. I was very grateful, appreciative and impressed by her customer service. Thank you Pamela! You made it happen,. you’re a great asset to dental Associates in Kenosha on Green Bay Rd.
The dental experience is always good but my big complaint is that I watched one of your front desk staff who is a male use the women’s bathroom. There are young kids that visit your facility and I feel that it is completely inappropriate for your business to allow this practice. My daughter has appointments there and I would probably get arrested if I saw him go in the bathroom while my daughter was in there because I would definitely make him wish he wouldn’t have chosen that bathroom. I think it would be safer for him and your business to not allow this practice.
I appreciate the professional staff and service. My wait time was very brief. The doctor shared details of my care for the future in a way that I could understand.
UPDATE to my previous review. After having sent an email to Dental Associates leadership, I was contacted today by one of their directors about the events below. She was very professional and helpful, and apologized for how things were managed. She also had one of her managers contact my daughter and sort things out. Thank you for your help. Terrible customer service. I have been coming here for the last 2 years or so, but lately, it has become impossible to schedule cleanings and appointments, and last-minute cancelations have become the norm. We have had 4 appointments canceled last minute in the past few weeks. When we call to re-schedule the appointment that THEY canceled, they can only be scheduled months ahead, and there are no other options. My daughter was finally able to get an appointment for tomorrow in Kenosha, for a wisdom teeth consult, and they just called to cancel the appointment! At 6PM the day before! She has been in pain for days now. She doesn't live here and came up from Chicago just for the appointment. Who will pay for her transport from and back to Chicago?! It's a surprise that they still have loyal customers.
I've been coming here for a couple years now. The front desk ladies are always so nice and friendly whenever I come in. The dental cubicles leave a bit to be desired in terms of privacy but they're always clean and the chairs are comfortable. My cleanings are always done quickly, I'm usually out in 10-15 minutes. The hygenists and dentists are nice and great at what they do. I definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of a teeth cleaning.
This place will only do what the dentist wants to do for you, if they suggest something to you, that is all they will do for you. Nevermind other appointments you make, they will cancel if it's not what they suggest. The highgenist that assist you w the insurance options will push you to purchase the cheaper insurance. They are just as pushy as a used car salesmen. And they will select the option you don't want because it's better for them. I strongly recommend else where if you have bad teeth, they are only interested in making car payments on their Mercedes, BMW, or tesla that are parked in the lot. I had the highgentist pick the insurance that covers less when I choose the one that covered more. I had to tell the receptionist NO to what the highgenist had selected FOR ME, and argue that it's my money, my teeth this is what I want. And they canceled my appointment I had scheduled for fillings because that's not what the dentist wanted to do. Also the dentist I had the second time, had told me that my dentist would be upset if he took me from him. I never said I want this one to be my dentist, I would have preferred the second dentist the entire time. The first dentist also lied to me about doing filling before a deep clean that I never wanted in the first place, he had told me if he had done fillings before a deep clean that there would be blood stains left in that tooth that was filled. Bad practice only use once if you absolutely need a emergency. Don't trust these people. Go somewhere else.
Had the best experience! The hygienist was new to me and was amazing and couldn’t have explained things more thoroughly! The dentist was efficient and kind!
Dental Associates makes even us scaredy cats feel comfortable and well taken care of. I had a wonderful experience with basic cleaning and xrays. I am very confident in the dentists techs and staff and they were so helpful with insurance issues too. I would definitely recommend Dental Associates in Kenosha.
Needed an extraction and they reaceduled the appointment 3 times and stated the dr had an emergency and couldnt keep the appt. And then i couldnt get in for 2-3 weeks. I guess my emergency didnt matter
