This is the best dentist office around. In my opinion they treat you like family. The staff are friendly, outgoing and just make you feel very welcome when you come in the office manager is just absolutely amazing. She will work out anything with you to make a payment plan and help your experience. Go better, the new dentist who took over Dr. JD is absolutely the best dentist I have ever seen in my life who treats you with such care and kindness and I am so glad they are a part of our lives for sure !!!!
I really enjoy my visits at Dental Associates of Corona. They have helped me restore my dental health and always get me in and out quick for appointments. Mary Jane is very thorough for cleanings and has a great attitude. The Manager Arlene is helpful and helped me book my next appointment while answering any questions I had. The office is very clean and the staff is friendly, I look forward to my next visit.
Staff is friendly, unfortunately the dentist performed a procedure on my daughter two different times that we did not approve! Daughter was supposed to get a white crown the first time and a white filling the second time. It wasn't until she had woken up from her procedures that we noticed they were silver on both instances! This second time my husband made sure to ask them multiple times it was going to be white, but even though they said yes, the doctor still did silver and not once did she go out yo talk to my husband. Friendly staff is not enough to keep us going.
I was having terrible tooth and nerve pain from my wisdom teeth. I had waited too long to go in and see a dentist out of fear of surgery and anesthesia. My family recommend that I see this dental office and told me how amazing the staff, dentists, and surgeon was there. Needless to say, they were 100% right. As someone with really bad anxiety, I can assure anyone who also has this terrible fear that they are absolutely amazing at what they do. Everyone is so kind and has amazing hospitality. I told them about my worries and my anxiety and they made sure to talk to me, ease me as much as possible, and made my surgery a wonderful experience which I didn't think could even be possible. I am so thankful for learning about this office and I will continue to go here for all of my dental needs even though I have to commute here from San Diego! Thank you Dental Associates of Corona!!!
Truly a great experience for my mom!!! The front desk made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked through the door. Once my mom went back to be seen, she was greeted by a very pleasant lady, her name was Janet who is a dental hygienist. Janet’s attitude, knowledge and bed side manner where second to none. Janet treated my mom as a person and not a number. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a great dental practice!!!
This place is great. The people are so friendly and helpful. My dentist Dr Fehn is hands down the Best never have a left there in pain. This office is the Best and very sanitized.
I would recommend this dental office to very one. I had major dental issues. I was embarrassed how my teeth where. I have had horrible experience with dentist. Dr. Fahn is the best dentist I have seen in my 43 years. He is very compassionate he treated me with respect and offered all the different solutions that were available to me. He explained every detail of what needed to be done and how. He stayed late for a few of my visits due to the time I got off work. He treated me like a person and not just a number. The office girls are wonderful to work with. They are always friendly and know your name. Thank you Dr. Fahn and staff for giving me my smile back. From your California to Oklahoma client
I am a new patient at Dental Associates of Corona. The entire staff were very friendly and professional. I really like how the doctor took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my visit and I understood the type of procedures he recommended. I cannot wait to go back and get my teeth cleaned.
**NOTE** This 1 star review is based SOLEY on the front desk and/or individual who scheduled the appointment. EXPECTATION MANAGEMENT. **First Time Pediatric Appointment** If your appointment is scheduled for 0900, expect 0930. We were there 10 minutes early but didn’t but didn’t get seen until 50 minutes later. Simple fix would have been informing us that it takes approx 30 minutes to process the paperwork. “Be here at 0900 for a 0930 appointment” **COVID Protocols** This was the first dentist appointment for my only child. Come to find out, only one parent can go back with the child. I will NEVER get that opportunity back. Simple fix again “just a heads up, only one parent can come back due to COVID protocols” EXPECTATION MANAGEMENT...just be upfront when working with new patients. I have lost half of my workday by attending an appointment that I couldn’t even be a part of. Great Job
My family has been going here for quite some time and they love the staff and doctors. Then I decided to come here. Loved it for the years I've been going here...but today was the most horrible experience I've had. Walking in it was busy with nowhere to sit, waited 40+ minutes to be called back. I got my cleaning, the lady was nice but was alot rougher then the other ladies I've seen here. I have never came home with my teeth actually hurting. Anyways, then I got done and she told me I was due for my annual x-rays, okay no problem. I'm fine with that. Well, I was told to go back in the lobby to wait. I waited long again to be called back. The X-ray lady had to keep taking multiple x-rays in one spot because the machine wasn't working 100%. After that, I get sent to ANOTHER room to wait for the doctor. When I originally got to my appointment it was 1:30, now it is past 3 and I'm still waiting for the doctor to come in and look at my teeth, tell me they are great, yada yada, and leave. I've had great teeth for years. I literally got up out of the chair and walked out. Over two hours of being there and I've only gotten a 25 minute cleaning, and x rays. Nobody acknowledged that I just walked out and left. When I left the lobby was even worse. One of the employees mentioned they were understaffed today, but you should be rescheduling some of your appointments if that is the case. All in all, a complete mess and sore teeth. I will unfortunately be changing dentists.
