Rainee was very kind and explained every detail about what she was doing and the process of my appointment. She was very sweet and understanding especially when it came to me being nervous. I had a million questions and she answered every single one in a respectful and professional manner. She even stayed and talked with me while waiting on a doctor. I definitely recommend having her as your dental hygienist! She’s thorough and and has patience when it comes to you and how your feeling through out the time you are there. I will definitely be back!
I had a positive experience at the dentist's office. Dr. Blanchard was great and regularly asked about my pain level during the root canal. I was also very impressed with his thoroughness and good bedside manners. The assistant was also efficient and they worked well as a team. The pricing was reasonable and better than my own brother-in-law's rates. Overall, Im very happy to have found my new dentist and would recommend to anyone.
Low compassion for those who don't have the means for traditional insurance. Beware for long wait times for appointments like 8+ months. 2 years ago I went and they did your typical xray new patients work up. They devised a treatment plan that my insurance would not pay for . I asked if we could at least do basica preventative care such as cleanings that my insurance would cover and they refused because they are insisting I follow the out of pocket plan. I refused and asked for them to document refusals of care due to them not wanting to provide basic maintenance services. They finally agreed to do cleanings the following year due to appointments available. Durring that time I switched my insurance at the suggestion of a hygienist, she said this particular plan would accommodate more. So by the time my new plan came on I could get more than basic maintenance. I brought the insurance with me to an emergency appointments in Aug when I broke my tooth. They handled that and we preset the appointments for extraction and cleanings. Unfortunately I had to miss the cleanings due to an illness. They said they are booked out untill next year. So I tried to find a different place with better availability. But they told me due to the way dental care associates charged my insurance I would have to wait till next year in January when insurance coverage resets . They charged my insurance for a treatment plan when i broken my tooth. According to the new dentist that would make it so they cannot preform a new patient work up untill next year. So this will make 3yrs of just trying to get my teeth cleaned. Very exhausting experience.
Went to get dentures. I already top dentures already but went to get a full set. First visit was great, thought I was going to get a great fitting set. When I went back to get the new dentures. Top and bottom. The doctor I saw did a rush job and was in a hurry to get me out. The first doctor was on vacation. Needless to say they don't fit good. The teeth are offset on the top dentures and makes 1 tooth look centered in front. The bottom set are useless and don't rest on my gums in the front so I can't bite down on anything. I have had to go back to my old top set and will go somewhere else to get new bottoms out of pocket since insurance paid for these.
The 1st time I walked into dental care. I was very upset with what they had told me, but I gave them a second chance and the man and I'm glad I gave them a second chance. They gave me a beautiful smile again better than I ever could have imagined. Thank you so much Dental Care.
The two receptionist were not friendly at all… I would’ve left if it had another walk in dentist in the area.. anyways in the back of the office was a sense of relief .. the dental assistants and the doctor where amazinnggggg… the assistant even rubbed my shoulder doing the procedure… so sweet ..
Although I chose to do a walk in my wait time was 7 hrs. Dr Barient was awesome and quick pulling 5 teeth. I would definitely recommend this place. If you have an appt you will be in and out.
The care and compassion Dr. Anderson and her assistant, Rhi, showed me recently is the main reason I'll be a forever patient. I was in a state of emotional distress and they were AMAZING.
I waited 5 hours because I was an emergency walkin. I finally made it to the back and was happy then DR and Tech was setting up to do the extraction I need pulled. Dr leaves and 10 mins later someone came in and said sorry we’re going to give you a referral and as I’m leaving I see Dr working on someone else. I now still have a tooth that is causing me horrible pain and some antibiotics after 6 hours and was there when the door opened! Sad they were very busy so I guess walkin was tossed to side and only had 4 and 2 left after 2 hours of no one getting seen! Try Louisiana Dental down the road I sure wish I had! I wouldn’t be goi g the weekend with a tooth and toothache that is almost unbearable! Never go back!
The entire staff was absolutely fantastic! Thank you Dr. Clawson for making my smile something to be proud of!
