I DO NOT RECOMMEND they will make you an appointment and they do nothing but send you back home and charge you I could not even get them to clean my teeth or do a filling after 3 visits I gave up last time after driving 50 miles and again with him doing nothing but charging me I would go anywhere else but dental Depot
I absolutely love, love this place!!! The staff was great !!! From the moment my and I got there they were absolutely awesome and very, very helpful and great and totally outstanding. My husband and I thought that I was going to have make appointment to get my tooth extracted but they fit me into their appointment schedule with a dentist within I was getting an x-rays then seeing a dentist. I'm very, very impressed with company!!! So, people if you need a need a dentist or your kiddos need a dental this is the place to go to absolutely a great place and great people!! By the way parents, there's actually train little that runs throughout the Dental Depot inside it's soo cool!!!
I want to say they did get me back fast and had X-rays taken in a timely manner. However when I made the appointment I was very specific about my issue and let them know I needed it fixed same day, I repeated all of this when I called to confirm my appointment. Not once did they say they couldn’t do that same day, it wasn’t until after the dentist has poked around in my mouth did I find out that nothing would be done to fix my broken tooth. All of this could have been avoided if they had been up front and honest in the first place, as I made my expectations very well known from the start. I will not be back
So typically this place is not a bad place l, but here lately not so good. We've been showing up to our appointments on time and everyone that comes in after us and not like 2 to 5 minuets after us but more like 20 minuets after us get to go in before us, and then when you try to talk to the people at the front desk they don't know what's going on and expect us to be understanding. This has been the third time it's happened so we just left and didn't get to see the dentist.
Dental Depot MWC is always professional, kind, courteous, on time, clean, and friendly. My special needs daughter & I both go there. Highly recommend them!
I had an appointment in MAY. Here is is end of AUGUST. Been calling for a week. Put on hold many times. No call back. I’m having to continuously call about my dental work that needs to be finished. When I call they said they had not finished their job. Could not find what they were looking for because it was never sent in. Instead of just apologizing and giving the correct information Mr.Raju wants to argue. Just unprofessional and rude.
Dental depot made the whole situation stress free! They taught the girls3&4 what the tools do how they sound very important for kids that don’t like loud sounds or nervous Afterwards they received a welcome bag with a cute t-shirt a new tooth brush, floss, toothpaste and carry bag! Plus that awesome wrap around train was a plus while we waited We are excited on having our new dental office.Clean and very sanitary but welcoming!
They were really nice and efficient. Did great work and kept me informed. I will definitely keep coming back.
Gabe is freaking amazing!! Super gentle and incredibly nice!! I literally don’t want anyone else to do work on my teeth but him and the doctor I can’t remember her name I’m sorry but she was amazing also!! They are the perfect pain for any teeth needs! 10/10 would recommend them.
I have to start off saying that everyone was very friendly. The actual visit lasted all of 10 minutes. The reason for a 4 star and not a 5 is because while everyone was going right in after a few minutes of waiting, I waited an hour and a half. I thought maybe it’s because he is a toddler and maybe because he is a new patient. But nope a toddler came in and waited not even 5 minutes. When I registered I handed the tablet to someone else at the front desk other than who was helping me. I went back up and asked politely how much longer it would be she pulled everything up and then asked if I showed ID and registered. I said yes, I handed the tablet to you. She said oh that’s right. Give me one minute. And literally not even 2 minutes later was being called to the back. The doctor did the exam but didn’t say exactly how his teeth, gums, etc was looking. The assistant did. Which is fine but it would be nice to hear from the doctor. I mean no news is good news so I’m not upset but it would just be nice to have that interaction. Also, I know it’s busy but at times it wasn’t. There were three people sitting up front that I know looked at the lobby and I was in plain sight. If you know that these patients get called back pretty quick and you see that I have been sitting there for almost an hour and a half - look into the issue. Some sort of acknowledgment. I can see it was a one off cuz everyone was going in and I’m certain it was due to the handling of registry with two people. And that’s ok it happens. But check in with each. Ask hey as this person this that and the third. But again it was clean comfy visit was quick and people were friendly. Of course we will stick with this same place! Oh and the music was awesome haha!
