I just got off the phone with my mother regarding her experience at this dentistry and I am compelled to leave a review. My mother who has a damaged crown was verbally accosted by a dentist who ridiculously suggested she pull all her teeth on the top and have dentures fashioned. After my mother inquired about other options the dentist suggested a broken tooth could break off and enter her windpipe and lungs leading to an ER visits; that thought of that is insane?! What type of dentist is this?! If you have healthy teeth, gums, no jaw issues, nerve or blood circulation issues then no dentist should suggest extracting healthy teeth. If you do have a dental issue a dental professional should be providing all viable options to maintain a healthy dental AVOID THIS PRACTICE Dr. Julia German AT ALL COSTS!!!! READ THE OTHER REVIEWS AND BEWARE!!! IF THERE ARE ANY DISSATISFIED PATIENTS WHO MAY HAVE SUFFERED MALPRACTICE THEY SHOULD COME FORWARD AND REPORT THIS DENTISTRY!!!
The staff was amazing. The dentist was awful. She looked at my x-rays and said I was confused as to where the pain really is, however I was not confused at all, I went elsewhere and there was an issue where I told her I was having the pain. She didn't look in my mouth to even see what was going on. Worst experience with a dentist I have ever had. But the staff was helpful!
They were very patient with me. I had 2 temporary crowns put in. Waiting for the permanent ones. Front tooth looks great. Can't see the back.
To start….Paige was nice and the staff i delt w in the back was pleasant..did their best to keep me comfortable though my extraction..now lets talk about the girl behind the front desk “delaney” my children waited 2 hours for me in the waiting room and listened to this person speak so rudely to almost everyone that called the place. They could actually hear a woman yelling on the phone..when it was my time to pay “which was so unorganized” she was pure attitude. Kept referring to me getting my information on prices from the “call ctr”…ok? Whats the point thats YALLS call ctr!!! Then told me i should have read the paperwork to know prices! Ok well yeah im in total pain and laying backwards in a chair but ill get right on that! No follow up papers..no next appt card..and i went out to the hwy just to realize noone gave me my scripts. She could care less!! Plain out RUDE! Ashame that such a nice staff is suffering by such a dark cloud..oh one more thing the nurse was asked to sit in there w me while i was numb and she walked by and looked at her and said you dont have to sit there! Umm she was asked by the doctor to sit w me! SHE is the only complaint im making and the reason i probably wont be back! Sad!! In pain and 425$ later just to deal w her on your way out!
The staff was very nice but the doctor had no “bedside “ manner. Looked in my mouth said a tooth is broken we can fix today. Ten minutes later someone comes in and shows me I need a crown for $2100. Then when I said I couldn’t afford the the dentist ask if I have a charge card. Didn’t even bother to talk about insurance which I have. The dentist was concerned with $$$ not my teeth. In addition they charged me $49 that should have been cover by insurance. I wonder if they billed insurance company anyway.
At 65 years old I have been to alot of dentists, But I have to say without a doubt this is the most friendly and conscientious dental practice i have been to
I wouldn't even give them 1 star. I asked about prophylactic cleaning several times prior to going. My husband and I went there only to be told we needed deep cleanings. The hygienist barely touched our teeth only to say that he didn't need to. They do this to make money. I was told I had many cavities. This was also a lie. These companies do this in order to make money, like your insurance isn't enough. I have spoken with many people in this field of work and they said that these companies do this to make money. So all I can say if you want to have your teeth worked on when not needed, and they won't clean your teeth for the preventative prophylaxis and let your teeth obtain dental caries then this is the place for you.
I love my new smile. I smile so much more now. Thank you to the amazing staff at Smile Dentistry.
I would just like to start out by saying I have never left a review about any business in my life but my experience with this business inspired a change. This is by far the worst dentist office I have ever been to. The worst doctor’s office of any kind I have ever been to actually. Both visits it was 45 minutes to an hour after my appointment time before I was even seen. I then spent another 10 to 15 minutes once in the chair before anyone actually started the work. My first visit I was there an hour and a half and all they managed to accomplish was x rays. I thought maybe they were having a bad day and gave them a second shot, nope, wrong decision on my part. Today I was there for almost 2 hours for them to do 20 minutes of work. Staff is unprofessional and customer service is definitely not a priority. If you value your time and are seeking quality service do not go here. If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would. Do not recommend.
BE AWARE! my husband had a bad tooth infection and was in extreme pain this was the only dentist that was available that day so we went. When we realized they were in the process of changing their business name we were a little concerned but had no other choice. They took x-rays and said the tooth had to be extracted. They then quoted 700 dollars for the a single extraction we were surprised of the cost and refused. the nurse returned and said the doctor dropped it to 550, he said that he thought that was still pricey we requested a prescription for antibiotics to help the infection until we could see our normal dentist. The doctor herself came into the room and asked how much money we could pay for the extraction in a rude frustrated manner "how much money do you have " we explained that wasn't the point we just wasn't going to pay 550 to get a tooth pulled she then asked how much we thought is was worth to pull a tooth I said maybe 200 or 300 hundred dollars she laughed rudely and started that she wasn't going to do it for that price I said that was fine and requested a prescription for antibiotics again she reluctantly gave me the prescription. If you read this far then you truly care about your dental care so DON'T GO HERE!!!
