Dental Dreams

While the wait was long, the staff was so friendly and kept everyone-in the waiting room or back in the treatment rooms-up to date and apologized for the wait. The Dr. was worth the wait! He explained everything. Gave me a clear treatment plan. I have found the majority of dentist offices have a very extended wait and what made Dental Dreams differ was the staff!

Love the place. Doc was cool. Let me smoke a cig before she pulled a tooth. They got a kids place land room, from a glance looked like included with some kind of game system.. staff very nice and welcoming.

I would recommend this place to anyone he they made sure I had no questions. They were really good and very patient with my 3 kids and I have 2 with disabilities and they were awesome. My kids have always been scared of the dentist but there they want to go back. They are awesome and very friendly.

Expect to wait a minimum of an hour and a half just to be taken into the back. Then at least another 30 minutes. The wait is insane. The one redeeming factor is Thomas. He works at the front desk and is kind, personable, and wonderful. Do not expect quality dentistry. It’s the bare minimum. And often your dentist will go to another to ask how to do a procedure. Terrifying.

Great doctor!! I'm new to Saginaw and I booked with them. My 1st appointment was a little long but that was for a consultation in which I found out I needed a deep cleaning. They do this in two sessions. My second appointment was a breeze. I felt very comfortable with everyone there. When I went back for the second half I was informed that my insurance declined it. I was in shock!!! But guess, what he did it anyway!!!! All my years I've never seen that before

My husband’s appointment was at 1 PM. At 4:00PM he finally left after being forgotten about. The doctor he was supposed to see him didn’t even know that he was a patient of his. The ladies behind the desk were so unprofessional and so were the doctors. The entire establishment it’s just poorly run. Horrible from start to finish. it would be different if they mentioned that they were short staffed or something but he saw so many people come and go while he was there. To treat a first time patient like this is absolutely atrocious.!!!!

The front staff and dental assistants seem very kind and good at their job, the main problem seems to be the dentists time management and over booking , every appointment I’m waiting hours to be seen, yesterday my appointment was at 2:30 and after waiting two hours and not being seen I walked out and made a appointment with a different place after going to this place since middle school it gets worse and more dingy looking every visit. Ridiculous and ghetto.

I went in today to get the crown I was waiting for....and it was done...fits well...and I was out in about an hour. Well done guysand girls. You hit a home run today. Thank you all and cheers....

Very nice dentist. Never experienced anyone rude there. Staff wise, but the wait time is crazy. We had an appointment and waited over 3 hrs and only my daughter was able to be seen. I would def recommend just walking in, really no point of setting an appointment..

Waiting time is a bit long but totally worth it. I get it. They get busy and sometimes the dentist will spend more time than expected on some. That’s ok. That means the patient comes first. I would rather have to wait and get good service then be rushed through like some number. Staff and dentist were all very kind and super gentle. Thanks again.
