Dental Dreams

First time their for my daughter and will never go back. Waiting area is filthy. Floors are cracked, very unsafe-patients can trip and fall. Waited over a hour WITH a scheduled appointment. Dentist looked sloppy and unclean, she made me feel uncomfortable and wasn’t friendly with my daughter who’s special needs but is a social butterfly. Girls eating their lunch at the front desk and weren’t using scrubs, instead were wearing PINK hoodies. Just terrible!

So far the dentist was super sweet and kind. She told me how we are going to try and take action and come with a treatment plan. They were very kind and reassuring since I had cervical cancer twice. I'm happy they are willing to help me Going to transfer my daughters over to the same dentist because even the hygienists were sweet

Appointment was at 4:30 I didn’t get called until 6. After cancelling my 6:00 appointment somewhere else because I wanted my daughter to get seen earlier. No A/C in the waiting area it was soooo hot. The dentist was getting frustrated with my daughter and losing patience/having an attitude with her. But I will say the assistant continued to make her feel comfortable when the dentist left the room.

Place is slower paced. But the dentist while they do see so many patients they do well with me. I have never had a nightmare experience at this location. Do not recommend any other dental dreams locations! I’ll be coming back here!

I went in April to see if my daughter was able to receive a new crown. They told me they would contact insurance and call me in a week. After a few weeks I called and they said they were still waiting for it to get approved. A month later I call again and they say the procedure was never put in to the insurance. They said they would put it in again and call me in a week. A few weeks later after not receiving a call back I call again and they said it was approved. I schedule an appointment. On the day of my appointment a week later they inform me that the approval expired back in April and they would have to call me in a week so we can set up another appointment. And that they had scheduled her appointment with the wrong dentist. Although professional, this place has horrible communication skills and is always all over the place with scheduling and doctors being available. I won’t ever come here again. I’ll find a different dental office for my family

First timer at Dental Dreams. My son recommended the practice to me after repeatedly going to another practice, in a nearby suburb location, with no resolutions from that dentist who weary of running from one patient to the next kept wanting to pull his teeth. We found Dental Dreams during a Google search and decided it was worth a try. He went to his appointment,, and the 7 cavities the other dentist had diagnosed, turned out to be only 2. So when I noticed a cavity on one of my front teeth, I made an appointment and was seen yesterday. The dentist told me my two front teeth are not very strong but “I’ll fill the cavity and we can try and keep them for as long as we can.” AND that’s exactly what a dentist is supposed to try and do. Not go haywire pulling out everything in sight. After loosing my bottom teeth, I am very protective of my top and wouldn’t want to lose them unless totally necessary. The dentist even put in an order to my insurance for dentures. So, with all that said, I wholeheartedly recommend Dental Dreams to anyone looking for a dentist that’s about saving teeth!

So my experience at dental dreams was very good...didn't take Long to get called in to take my x-rays , that went really fast , and I was seen by the dentist within just a couple of minutes...I was quoted $279 before getting my tooth pulled, and was given a $ 80 discount because it was easier than anticipated, I appreciate the honesty and professionalism..I will be returning..thank you ..

I love this dental establishment. My daughter has been going for years and they are always so professional, nice, and very clean. They also have a play area for the children to play in until their appointment starts

The staff was polite knowledgeable and timely. Although I feel like my issue wasn’t totally resolved... My service was pretty good. They addressed my questions, which is big for me. The fact that they accept mine’s and my daughter’s insurance is a plus. I will be scheduling future appts.

The trip to your dentist office was not good. I went in for a cleaning and a toothache and that is what I told the front desk. They directed me to the back they had x-rays didn’t clean the teeth, fix the tooth or anything else just took my money and sent me home which you have to pay for first. I would never come back know what I recommend this Dental Dreams did anyone ever.
