From the original phone call to the text reminders to the warm, friendly greeting in the office to the excellent care from bell to bell this was by far the best dental experience I've ever had. Would recommend these guys to anyone that wants truly professional care. Hannah and Dr. Nash were phenomenal and truly cared about my comfort.
Yesterday was first time ever going to this place and let me just say I am so very happy with my service received !! This office is amazing the staff is friendly , the building is clean and the price of services every bit of affordable. I had a bad wisdom tooth ache and not only did they take me in same day within just a few short hours they were able to perform necessary X-rays , pull tooth , give me a prescription along with a care bag and future advice all with a hour and 30 minutes of time. Can’t wait to refer a friend THANK YOU Dental Health Care Associates !!!!
I am 45 minutes away from DHCA. Why do I travel the distance? The staff is phenomenal; friendly, thoughtful, respectful, attentive, caring and professional. Besides, routine visits are only twice a year unless something more serious comes up. I recommend DHCA 100% for all dental needs!
This place is fantastic. 29 rooms to accommodate patients. I saw an amazing number of staff members. The hallways are a little tight but the staff always moved over for a patient to go by. The hygienist explained every step that she was going to take. Looked like top of the line equipment. Absolutely no pain for any procedure. Almost can’t wait to go back. Best dental visit EVER!
Had a great experience with Dr Nash today. I’ve been a patient for a long time but never had her for my dentist before. I’m needle phobic and she put me at ease . Never felt a thing . Everyone at this practice is professional yet super nice. I don’t have to dread getting dental work done.
On Wednesday I was treated by Dr Nessa and her ASST Austin. I can not praise them enough they were wonderful. They both worked so hard to fix my tooth. I recommend them highly so caring and kind. Love them both!
It had been a while since my last dentist check up. I had Chernay as my technician for cleaning and X-rays. She was so kind and personable. The cleaning was one of the best I’ve ever had and that’s saying something as I’m 77 years old. I was worried that I had some issues but everything was fine. I grind my teeth at night and that’s causing some discomfort. A mouth guard should help. Dr Nash checked on me too. I wish her well with the upcoming arrival of her baby. Thank you all for your professionalism. See you in March.
DHCA is a great dental practice! The staff is very helpful and friendly. I've never had to wait for my appts. Dr. Nash has seen me for all my visits and she is awesome!! Best care I've ever received! I'm proud to be a patient.
Everyone is friendly and the facility seems clean. I seem to see a different hygienist and dentist each time I'm there. I request Dr. Lance I really like him but he's not usually available. I would like to get on a schedule where I see the same hygienist and dentist each time so they can get to know me and can see if things are getting better or worse with my teeth. I've never had a problem with anyone, but some continuity is important to me.
I've been coming to this dentist for years. I even drive 40 minutes to get there. I have no dental insurance so I pay out of pocket for my cleanings. It's normally $253 for two cleanings a year. Today at checkout was told the price was now $375! Obviously not happy! Perhaps calling the cash paying customers before their appointment to let them know of the drastic price change or even before you clean their teeth, so they can cancel or opt out would have been helpful. An even better idea would be a text message stating this information, as I received at least 4 texts reminding me of the appointment.
