In general the staff was nice enough. But they never made me feel welcome at all and the doctor was rather off putting and seamed uppity. Then I got shoved around to different offices and no one really explained what was going on. They didn't explain much to me nor did they reveiw a treatment plan. I was rather disappointed with my whole experience but that being said so far the quality of work seams ok. But I honestly don't want to return.
Absolutely ridiculous to get an appt. They started only making appointments a month out due to Covid well COVID’s over so let’s get back to normal. So you call at 8am along with 20 other people to get and appointment otherwise they are booked up. The staff is rude when you call to ask about setting up an appointment. I wouldn’t not recommend this dentist unless you want to be irritated every time you call.
I called 10 different dentist, and finally called these guys! They went over and beyond for my son, I couldn't of been happier. It's was an emergency and they made it happen! They knew my child was nervous and made him comfortable. I appreciate their kindness and going out of their way! 5 out of 5 stars, absolutely!
This place has become ridiculous. Avoid at all cost. I have given up on making an appointment with them. I have tried for a year. Filled up by 8:07am. WOW.
I went here Tuesday for wisdom extraction i must say these guys did a amazing job with me yes I went in nervous not knowing what to expect however these guys made me feel comfortable to the 10th power I highly recommend them to anyone who’s going through dental pain yes they may low stars but they was great to me lastly if you are afraid of needles I recommend the gas treatment and a family member for moral support Have a blessed day ppl
Very unprofessional and sends bills that were paid for years after service. The staff doesn't know how to bill insurance properly. Have called billing multiple times to get figured out. Was told each time that it was solved. Still getting the same bill in the mail afterwards.
Call to set an appointment oral surgery for my son, and was put on hold waiting for an appointment scheduler for 1 hour and 30 minutes just to get hang up on. Called multiple times within the week and still no call back
Spent 45 minutes on hold and they still didn’t answer. Also have been trying to get into the clinic for the past couple months but they’re not accepting new patients at any of the Marshfield Dental’s.
Very uncomfortable and scary experience. Dr.Jackie or whatever seemed very unstable and kinda nutty. Her assistant didn't know what year it was and thought It was 2020.. and couldn't work the computer even. After sitting there a hour and listening to them try to work a computer and figure out what was going on she then told me she had to "cut" my teeth out! This is not what was told by another dentist Dr. Scott who did a good job.
The worst experience ever! We came for extractions and NOTHING was done! Then the dentist, for being professional, told my daughter that she was bullying her into things she didn't want to do. Then we were told that I would have to be seen by a surgeon and he's out for a couple of week and they were so backed up it could be months. I'M IN PAIN NOW! HOW CAN THIS BE ETHICAL! If I could do 0 I would. I think negative is too good for them.
