I truly enjoy this location as apposed to the Great Expressions on west martin Luther king blvd. I could never get anyone on the phone and it was really out of my way. This Great Expressions is a breath of fresh air. They always pick up their phone and a receptionist is present to talk to you. They are very friendly and professional as are the dentist and staff. I'm so glad I was able to transfer into this office

Tequila and most of the staff are great! My only complaint Great Expressions started a new policy of expecting you to pay a deposit if you're having things like a crown done but they don't explain unless you ask the deposit is only a no-show fee. Yes the fee does come out of the procedure work that you do but if you don't show up or give notice for your cancellation they keep the deposit. I don't agree with that. I agree with any standard doctor's office taken $25 as a no-show fee but not $50 or more like Great Expressions is trying to take.

Great expressions is the best dental care ever. They are really concerned about their patients. They do everything they can to make sure their patients are feeling comfortable and not in pain. They take the time to listen to your concerns. The Great Expressions team makes you feel like family. Pastor Mallory

Definitely the best Dental place ever ! Dr. Dixon is amazing she is so gentle I felt nothing with a extraction and she is super sweet ! Tequila is amazing also she is super sweet also and makes you feel so comfortable ! Do not hesitate to go see them what a great  experience I had ! I was sooo nervous ! Went for an appt this morning.  Had my child with me. After filling out paperwork and sitting in the office for 30 minutes they announced I couldn’t come back with my child.  Waisted my time. They could have told me that when I got there.  Poor communication and terrible parking situation.  Will not be back.

This office is great in that it DOES NOT cancel or reschedule appointments due to excessive staff turnover. I moved to THIS office of Great Expressions from such problems at my old dentist and this was a GOOD decision.

Listen, please don’t let the aesthetics fool you because it in NO WAY is representative of the quality of care you’ll receive! I am deathly afraid of needles don’t judge me lol but Dr. Uma was amazing. My hygienist 30 years of experience even more so! I got 3 feelings and a scaling in one day, and I’ve never felt better. Oh yeah, the office staff, from the time I walked in the door, was AMAZING as well! Whether this is the right spot for you depends on your priorities. But for me, I would choose Dr. Uma and her staff 100 times over any other dentist in the area. I don’t typically leave reviews but I felt compelled to do so today because bad reviews is what almost kept me from my blessing today!

I went in for my first cleaning today. They said the hygienist was not in and never bothered to call me to let me know. They told me I needed a deep cleaning at the cost of over $800 after they took X-rays.  I left. Another upsell ripoff place.  Anyone recommend a good dentist that’s honest?

Love love love this dentist. Everyone is great here and they really make you feel welcomed! 1000% recommended them to anyone looking for a great dentist

worst experience I had trying to schedule an appointment, 1st I waited 2 months then they called me to reschedule again and 3rd time as I was on the parking lot about to walk in they called me to tell me they didn't have my number but they will be happy to reschedule me. I said thanks but no thanks, I will find a different dentist.
