Best dentist I’ve been to! Highly recommended, The hygienist who did my cleaning was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and she was also very professional and skilled. I appreciate it the fact she took the time to explain everything to me. Definitely found my new dentist office.

My husband and I are patients in this office. We are so grateful to have found this place. The doctors are amazing and very caring. The staff in general are very nice and respectful. They take their time explaining and answering our concerns. I would definitely recommend this office to our family and friends.

I once loved this place and my dentist. The front desk staff is top notch. The dentist is a sweetheart but I had to leave. I was given a partial and once that happened the rest of my mouth was irrelevant. I also want to touch upon pain management. Despite it being known that I was going through cancer treatment and it also being known that it affected my kidneys I was still told to take ibuprofen for pain. My oncologist told me I could not because I had acute renal failure twice and had to suspend treatment because of it yet the dentist was perfectly comfortable telling me to take that Or Tylenol with several tooth extractions! I had to call my PCP for pain medicine which he readily prescribed to me. After all was said and done I didn’t feel very cared about as a patient. I felt like it was all about $$. I left and am now with DR DENTAL which is so far a much more personalized and compassionate experience. Time will tell

This is the WORST dentist ever! The front desk is 100% unprofessional . They never answer and they never bother to treat me with respect. Anytime I come in,or call them they are consistently munching on food and it’s downright rude. I don’t wanna hear you guys eating. This is why lunchtime exists. Very un resourceful, called to ask a few questions and got the wrong information. Then called my insurance and they gave me the correct information. Called the dentist office back to schedule an appointment & now I’m getting sent straight to voicemail. Again,someone was munching. It feels like patients are a bother to the front desk. it is unfortunate because the dentist do an amazing job, however the front desk makes it an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment.

Everyone is Very friendly, polite as soon as i walked in they greeted me with a smile nurses and doctor took time to listen to my concerns and questions, things were explained very well. the most friendly clinic i have visit in a while. 10/10 excellent place

This review is from my dad Satinder Dua, he is so appreciative of everyone at the practice right from individuals he talks to for appointments, front desk all the way through those that help with his dental needs! Yesterday he was slightly late for his appointment but was still taken in and treated as expected. And the service is absolutely top notch with care, and kindness. Thank you to everyone who works here and helps with dental needs. You are amazing, go above and beyond and people will be lucky to get their care from you!

The establishment cut me off because I miss an appointment while I was in the hospital with emergency back surgery. I had hospital letter & still they didn't want to accept it. After 20 years of going there. But I will praise Dr. Alex, always been my Dr & family, THANK YOU, but we are all moving forward.

Incredibly rude and condescending staff. Hard to believe these are the people they have to answer phones for you if you have any questions. It’s simple if you’re a miserable person with absolutely no customer service skills find another job.” We have a lot of clients we can’t be on top of everything” so what’s your job then? Why are people paying thousands of dollars for your service. Find another place .Never using this dentist again.
