I went to this place a couple of months ago for dental service and it was the worst experience that I've had in over 50 years of visiting many dental offices. The problem was not with the dentist or the dental assistants. They were all courteous, polite and professional. The issue I am still having as of today is working with the women at the front desk. I do have dental insurance that covered most of the procedures I had done, The last phase of my treatment was getting fitted for partial dentures. I knew they were expensive over 800.00 but my insurance company was able to cover 40 percent. However when I went in to take the impressions I was given inaccurate information. I was told by the office manager I had to pay the full amount. When I explained I still had an allowance of 600.00 left on my plan and even showed her the statement she said"oh no" that's your co-payment amount because we contract with them to get you a lower cost. I paid the bill and then the next day I called my insurance company to confirm what she had told me. I was informed that the money left on my plan at least 40 percent should have gone towards the partial. All they had to do was file a dental claim and submit it. I overpaid hundreds of dollars and they are not forthcoming with refunding me back. In fact what they did was submit a dental claim to extort more money from my dental plan even before the partial was finished but that claim was justifiably denied. Now that the work has been completed the office manager was told by my dental insurance company to resubmit the claim so I can be processed for a reimbursement and yes the reimbursement has to come from them. After at least 4 phone calls from my insurance company and myself they have refused to resubmit an accurate claim which is causing a delay for me to be reimbursed. As you can see from other posts that this place does not appear to be operating with honest integrity. I advise you all to seek other options especially if you have a dental insurance plan. There seems to be a lot of unprofessional workers whom they have running the office and fraudulent stuff as well. Hopefully someone up the chain of command will step forward in an attempt to resolve this issue.
I see by the comments the front desk STILL needs costumers service training... they charged me 3 different prices to pull my wisdom teeth on 3 different occasions... crack one of my teeth trying to pull one out 3 yrs ago... I just received a credit fer $85 called my insurance company they dont even have a record of me going there ever... Scam
This service was excellent would recommend this Dental to every Dr Shah was very kind and caring lil best I ever had in service. Sharon was good as well I could go on forever writing about this place try them and you’ll understand my excitement. The front receptionist were on point
Their website was very easy to use and pretty much the only way I was able to get into contact with someone. I booked an appointment online, confirmed it through email, filled out all the new patient paperwork, and even took off from work just for a week later to have my appointment rescheduled for a different day with a new confirmation email sent out for a date and time that didn't work for me. I followed the instructions in the email and responded to it, called the numbers provided multiple times on multiple different days with no response and left voicemails that weren't returned asking about the date change. I ended up going back on their website and the little chatbox gave me a number that actually went to a person who bluntly informed me that there was no doctor in on the day I scheduled for. She then asked me which day I wanted as if I hadn't just said the date multiple times then offered me a date that didn't work. That in and of itself wasn't the problem. It was her manner and the way she just promptly ended the call when I said I couldn't move to the new day she offered me. No chance to look for a different day, no chance to ask what days the doctor is usually in, no chance to ask anything at all which doesn't sit well with me when I worked so hard just to get a person on the phone in the first place. I would have loved to give this place a try but there's no point when if I ever needed anything as a patient I'd have to pull teeth to get it.
Very very rude lady at the front desk, littlery called me 30 minutes before my appointment to say it was canceled and when I tried to ask for some explanation she got upset, say the doctor called out what do you want me to do either you take tomorrow or and hang up on me is like she had a problem with me,I littlery drove 20hrs from Kansas just for not missing my appointment plus I told her when I was making the appointment that I drive truck and can't afford to miss my appointment so disappointing, I advised you to go to their another location to avoid being frustrated.
I really love the environment and the front desk and the work that is done when I come for my appointment, will recommend Dental Solutions
The clerk/office manager she needs more training she's not friendly her name is FLORITA , She schedule me for a appointment when the office is close, on my next appointment I let her know & she have a attitude with me & this morning she said something Smart & didn't know I could hear her .Everytimes I go there I'm the only patient.
Nice staff, clean facility. Was able to be seen the next day after experiencing a tooth ache.
One minus 1000 is the rating. I just called there. I was on for 2 minutes or less. I requested a consultation. The receptionist tone was rude from the beginning and when I asked if the doctor was a DDS, the receptionist mumbled something and hung up on me. This is what was represented at the front desk. However, I have no idea about the doctor or the service she provides. I should have paid more attention to the prior reviews!
One of the best dental experiences as an adult truly a godsend. As pain-free as possible, courteous and kind. Grateful to have found them, if you're nearby, they're a top tier option.
