Dental TLC

I have been coming to Dental TLC for almost 20 years. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor are always fabulous, warm and welcoming. They are always helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. I had a root canal with Dr. Baker and he was excellent. He explained everything as he was working and always made sure to check on my confirm level. Kaylie assisted and I loved her chill, comforting manner. She was so sweet and put me at ease instantly. I recommend Dental TLC to anyone and everyone!

I have been coming here for about 4 years now and I absolutely love it! Mainly for the free laughing gas but every time I come the staff is so friendly and they really care about your teeth. Kaylie was so nice and easy to talk to. I love going to the dentist just cause I go to Dental TLC

So you don't like going to the dentist... You haven't met Dental TLC!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE The staff is so personable and nice. Great service and good people. Promise you will love it here. Dental tlc has lost it’s class. Especially lately, this is coming from a customer for over a decade. I urge anyone to take your business elsewhere. They don’t live up to their past reputation anymore. Trust me on this. They have people that now spend their time arguing and not staying current and up to date with patient history. In general they are getting more rude and petty, customer service is no longer a quality they admire. They are riding off an old name and reputation, stay away. They will try and deny me this review, this is fine, because the poor customer service I had noticed for quite some time. Its actually a good example of what they spend their time on now. Just because you smile does not make you nice. Passive aggression is a real thing and they are overloaded with it on all level of the organization. I have referred 3 longterm customers over the years as well and they also notice the same poor service lately and we all agree it’s better to take service elsewhere. Two thumbs down dental tlc.

Super grateful for Dental TLC! Dr. Baker took great care of our whole family today! He was great with my kids, and helped me sort out some old worn-down dental work I had from years ago that needed fixing. We are delighted to be tucked in with this practice!

I used to go to Dental TLC but had to stop going after being laid off from my previous employer and Dental TLC didn't accept my new dental insurance. I was bummed because I really enjoyed their services and staff. I have new insurance now and have made multiple attempts to schedule an appointment to come back to Dental TLC. I'm not posting this to discourage patients or new clients but for Dental TLC to be aware that you need more staffing. I can't even count the amount of times I've called and it just rings and rings. I've put in the online request for an appointment to only get a message back saying appointments are 3 months out. That's fine. Pick a day for me and put on the books. I did get a call back nearly two weeks later before 8a and I missed the call. I did receive an email to call Dental TLC to book an appointment, and now I'm back to square one with nobody answering the phone. I give up. Completely bummed because I really liked it there.

I just moved to town and was looking for a new dentist. I simply was looking for a regular cleaning. I went in for the appointment, was charged over $300 for services, and paid my dental deductible all to leave without my teeth being cleaned. I was told I would have to reschedule for a "deep cleaning" which was $1800. I will be continuing my search for a reputable family dentist office that is focused on my dental health; not driven by ridiculous quotas.

The absolute best! Shannon especially, my hygenist. Would recommend to friends and family as well. Wide variety of appointment times.
