Dr. Leila Chahine graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in 1996 with academic citations in Periodontology and Pediatric Dentistry. She received the Koman Award and recognition from the Academy of General Dentistry for Clinical Excellence. Dr. Chahine maintains a private practice in Danbury, Connecticut where she treats patients in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.
Dr. Chahine is one of a select few dentists in the State of Connecticut who is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM). Her practice is one of only three in the state of Connecticut that is an accredited dental sleep medicine facility by the AADSM. As an active member of the medical and dental staff at Danbury Hospital, Western Connecticut Health Network, Dr. Chahine works closely with the hospital’s pulmonary physicians in managing sleep apnea patients.
Dr. Chahine attends several national meetings each year to remain on the cutting edge of innovative dental care. She brings new proven technology to her patients and engages them in the decision making process regarding their dental care.
